We’ve worked with Professional Roofers twice now, and they’ve been amazing both times. The first time, they replaced our peaked roof and the second time they replaced our plumbing stack after a leak.

The team is reliable, timely, and very efficient.

I would trust them again in the future, and will happily refer them to folks who are looking for roofers in our neighborhood.

During the recent severe storm, the heavy ice buildup caused significant damage to our gutters. Once the ice began to melt, the entire gutter system was left hanging off the side of our home. It was a very stressful situation, and we knew we needed professional help right away.

We contacted Alfredo and his crew, and they responded promptly and professionally. They completed the entire job in just one day and installed brand-new gutters with excellent workmanship. Their efficiency, reliability, and quality of work truly exceeded our expectations.

This is the second time we’ve used this company, which should say a lot about the level of trust we have in them.

The first time was for a full roof replacement, and most recently we called them back to deal with ice dams after this relentless winter. Alfredo Roman is our trusted go-to. He immediately helped calm my worries, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was taken care of within a week. It would have been even sooner if the weather had cooperated.

The crew who came out were friendly, professional, and efficient… and surprisingly good singers while they worked. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, reliability, and genuinely positive energy.

We got our residential home roof replacement completed by Professional Roofers on 28th September 2025. We are happy that we selected them for this task and are extremely satisfied with their work. Our roof looks great!

Their sales representative Adam Witte was the first one from the company, whom we came in contact with. He visited our property, took drone pictures of our roof and provided us a very reasonable estimate. He is very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us very clear answers to our questions and presented good options which helped us a lot in making final decision for selection of Professional roofers for our home roof replacement.

Professional roofers team dealt with our roof work in extremely professional manner. Our roof project was big. Therefore, 2 teams were employed to complete the work on due time. The team members were very polite, hardworking and they completed their work with best effort. They covered our plants properly to avoid any damages and put sheets on the grass to collect falling debris. After finishing work each day, they made sure to do thorough cleanup around the premises. The roof work they did is amazing and it speaks for itself.

Their Quality inspector did inspection of the roof on the completion day.

Professional Roofers are amazing! Adam Witte, the estimator helped us out from start to finish. Not the typical pushy Sales person. Walked us through the whole process. Workers came on time and finished in a timely manner. They had a quality control manager Leandro Oliveira, that would come and check the job when it was finished. He made sure all my questions were answered. Dont go with the fly by night roofing companies. Would definitely recommend!

I recently had gutters and downspouts installed by Professional Roofers. Two people came to do the installation, and they kindly answered my various requirements and did the work to my satisfaction. They did their job professionally, just like their company name. They were very friendly and cleaned up around the house after work and went back. I am very satisfied.

The roof was recently installed by Professional Roofers. The salesman Patrick, who came to get a quote, gave a very kind explanation, so I trusted him and decided on this company. Also 4 people came to do the installation and they did the job professionally and they were very friendly too. Even after they finished their work, they cleaned up around the house and went back. I am very satisfied.

I am a red seal certified roofer with over 20 years experience I was watching this company install a torch on roof across the street from where we were working and I’m sorry to say but I would never hire this company to install a flat roof here is a list of incorrect procedures
1) improper storage of rolls they had them scattered laying flat all over the roof they should be standing upright on a skid and tarp at the end of each working day
2)they did not prime the existing roof that they where going over manufacture specifications indicate when torching over old cap it must have primer application before torching new roof it will insure the two membrane fuse together
3) improperly installed torch on rolls they ran there field runs up the parapet walls and perimeter the field runs are supposed to be terminated at the flat and a flashing peice is to be installed to tie into the flat to insure there is no bridging or air pockets in the flashings
4) lack of heat applied as they torched down the rolls they put very little heat to the existing roof and more on the new roll but still wasn’t enough to even burn the poly off the sides of the new rolls
5) walking on freshly torched materials I stood there in awe as I watched the guy torch the roll while standing on it and moving it forward you should be standing in front of the roll and torching the roll and pulling it towards you with your torching cane to not damage the new hot product and make footprints all over it

Those are somethings I saw while watching these guy’s work totally unprofessional and who knows what other kind of Mickey Mouse stuff they do I would not recommend this company to install or have anything to do with a flat roof I don’t think there men are properly trained

Professional roofers did a very good job on my roof replacement with 15 years warranty. Work was completed on time and their team specially Leandro Oliveira nature was very polite nature guy and helped me getting my warranty certificate on time.

Fernando and his team were excellent to deal with and they completed the job on the date as promised.

I just had my roof replaced on my Semi-Detached in North York By Professional Roofers-They did a great job and finished after a few hours -The boys came on the day they said they would (June 13 ) first thing in the morning-did their best to keep the site neat and tidy -but had to replace the plywood which wasn't unexpected..
It cost a bit more than the quote -but I was told about it after the shingles were off and I had the choice to do the plywood or not-I agreed with their assessment and I'm glad I did, compared to some of the other roofing jobs, I've seen done in the neighbourhood -Its, not The cheapest but it's the best- I would recommend Professional Roofers to anyone and They are Metro Licenced and Insured .

Diego is a man of his word and lived up to what we agreed on and more. He really wants to ensure besides the job being done to make sure afterward the job is complete. Most roofing or services once having the money say see you later. Diego was a true man of his word for Professional Roofing.
We have 1 more item to confirm with him and I am sure he will come through for us.
