I am writing this review on my awful experience with CalMedi. First of all, the place is very disorganized and cluttered with items lining the walls and no mirrors. I was looking for a simple arm sling and they lacked sizes, color and selection. The lady who worked there was not experienced enough to tell me which sling fit appropriately, although she told me they all fit similarly, leading me to purchase one. I soon realized that it was not an ideal fit. Within an hour and a half I had phoned back with the sling still in the bag and receipt in hand. The lady then refused to return the item despite knowing it was unworn and was very rude to me on the phone. The items and the staff are problematic, I would not suggest going to this business.
