At the store, they opened the unopened box and said that the car seat inside had been used, that the tag was broken and they found crumbs in the seat.
I said we didn't open the box but they said it is our word against theirs and they will not accept the return.
It is impossible to prove that we never opened the box.
After getting my son and daughter-in-law involved over the phone and being in the store for two hours we ended up paying more money to get a high floor model to use the store credit.
Not fun to be treated like a liar and asked to prove that we are honest people.
So if you order from this store, be prepared to prove you didn't use or damage the contents even if you have not opened the box.
If you are a person who likes to return used products to the store, this is one store that do not check all their returns and you will get off free while they penalise the next unlucky customer who gets the package.
