After looking around Scarborough and the east end of the city..I realized this was the best PRICE..not only that it was a clean location. lots of options for storage and the Staff are very friendly and helpful..I would recommend this location..my only complaint was the lack of lighting in each storage unit ..but I understand why this is not a option..it's a good storage cheaper than all the REST..you won't be disappointed..👌

DO NOT ever use XYZ storage, I have used the Beechgroove location, Scarborough for well over 2 years now, price gouging in adding extra fees to my bill every month, I have paid them thousands in the extra fees they have added. I have tried to level with them but very unreasonable workers and bad management, trying to now tell me to move the extra $100 they have added to my bill, I have to move my stuff out. Their business is bad business practices and very unreasonable people.

Great staff that go above and beyond service. Quick to address any issues or concerns. Awesome affordable pricing.

I have had a unit at this location since February 2025. I had just moved back after 37 years living in the US. I was having difficulty adjusting. Tino was very pleasant, easy to communicate with, and supportive in my storage needs. He is always professional, courteous, helpful, and full of smiles. I have had the recent pleasure of meeting a new employee Cheryl. She is what I have come to expect of my experience at the Beechgrove location: a delight. She is just like Tino: professional, courteous, and just an all around joy to speak with. I recently had an issue with someone I was helping and they were determined to find out information regarding my unit. The anxiety was crippling me. The ONLY peace I had through that ordeal was knowing, for certain, that Tino and Cheryl would protect my information. And, they did.

The need for a storage unit could be anything. But, most times nowadays, it is because of some sort of chaos in one's personal life. Having a safe space in a city you are just getting to know after nearly 4 decades is bloody priceless. Thank you so much for this experience and new people to meet.

Tino is the best, great customer care service, great customer service. Just all round awesome person.

Excellent in one word. I kept my staff there for five years when I moved out of Toronto. Finally, decided to empty the unit. When I went, it was in exact same condition I left five years ago. The whole place is super clean. I could not open the lock. In five years, I most likely forgot the right key or it simply did not open. Tino cut the lock for me. Tino is an excellent customer service guy. When I came to the office after emptying my unit, Tino was there with online form for leaving already open for me.

I recently leased a unit at XYZ Scarborough and it's a huge improvement over my prior locker location. XYZ does everything well: clean, well-lit, excellent security, competitive rates and well-trained associates. I'd single out Tino in particular, who skillfully guided me through locker selection, leasing, account setup and continues to provide a friendly greeting on each visit. He is a true good-will ambassador for XYZ.

Sarthak provided an incredible service from the begin ending until the very end. I am very grateful for his customer service. Very looking forward to seeing him again.
