I have been here a couple times, once to buy myself an iPod, and then another two times with friends of mine. All 3 times were brutal and I will never shop here again.

When buying my own iPod the sales guy I got was really rude to me. I was looking at the new Video iPod and he looked at me all funny and said I should look at the Nano's, cause they were more in my price range!!! I responded that I would like a sales person who actually wanted me to spend some money there before I left all together! I was appalled! Its not like I looked like a dirt bag or anything, I did have my backpack on cause I was coming home from class, but come on!!

The other two times the same thing happened, brutal service. It was pretty busy and my friend asked a sales guy a question about a macbook and he just looked annoyed and said "I'm busy right now, someone else can help you!" We looked around and there were no other sales people available, and all he was doing was talking to a co-worker... brutal. I will never shop here again. :(
