I bought I pod 6 touch for my daughter and unfortunately after 5 days the screen cracked. I went to the store and I was being told that I need to pay $185 for replacement since I do not have the Apple Care. The problem is that while I was purchasing the iPod - the sales rep did not even mentioned about this option - he was so unfriendly that I have never met someone who is trying to sell the product to costumer so ignorant - even my 12 year old daughter pointed that out when we left the store . Well, now I have to pay for somone who does not know what he is doing. I think that I will not go to that store anymore!

I went in here the othre day thinking I would probably get my Credit Card raided.

I came in specifically for a blue 8GB blue iPod Nano.
I got exactly that for $106.
I got home and it was jamming so I decided to return it the net day
I have had trouble in the past for returning items for instance in Currys they refused for a refund.
n this Apple store I got an exact refund within seconds. Im really happy with this. Im sad my iPod didnt work but Ive got a new one now but an upgrade. Now the iPod Touch.
