Returned to the store today after being overcharged for an additional item purchased last night. Though two staff members who assisted me in my purchase, one cashing me out, were working today, none could "recollect" the certainty of my claim. I was told I would have to give my contact information, and be notified within a week's time, after reviewing camera footage, the veracity of being overcharged for an item. In no way did Midoco even consider my time, or money spent in traveling back to the location, with proof of items purchased with receipt, in compensating me for either. The review of camera footage is policy, due to a "few bad apples." Total cost of being overcharged for an item I didn't purchase: ninety-five cents. Response by management after informing them that I will stop my repeat art patronage to the store: "We're sorry you feel that way." Who knew you could buy insincerity for less than a dollar, that all "apples" look the same, and that "principle" is best left in the hands of a competitor business.
