Stag Shop - Adult Sex Store

I called this particular store to have them replace a product under warranty. I said to them I would be in that night to replace it. They informed me the store closes at 10 pm I said ok I will be there before 10. I showed up at 955pm to a store that's open sign is off, door locked and 2 staff members standing behind the counter having a conversation. I knocked on the door and neither of them acknowledged me. I called the store 3x and no one answered. I called one last time and by this point it was 10:02 pm. I then watched one of the sales people behind the counter pick up the phone as it rang and yell into the phone we're closed we closed at 10. As I had been standing there since 9:55 I was well aware that they closed at 10. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone as not only can they not follow store hours that are clearly posted on the window, but their customer service skills are sorely lacking. I hate having to write this review as the store in Oshawa that I used to go to is the best with the best staff imaginable. In future if I am unable to go to the Oshawa store I will choose a different store all together.
