Winexpert

We used Winexpert London many times but have recently decided to take our business elsewhere due to couple of reasons. 1.) I placed my order over the phone with and they said they take care of it for me. I would just come into the store to pay. However the last few times my bottling dates were wrong because they forgot to follow up. We arrived and it was the "wrong day" So we've had more than one special event ruined because this company forgot then told us we were wrong 2.) Last batch was incredibly sour or acidic tasting so they obviously didn't take good care of our batch. I noticed a lot of particles that I assumed would fade away over time but clearly it was not filtered at all.
