Really great experience with the Public Storage at 5010 Timberlea Blvd. The place is super clean and feels safe, which was important to me. The staff were genuinely helpful and easy to talk to—they made everything simple and didn’t rush me through the process. Moving and storage can be stressful, but this location made it a lot easier. Would definitely recommend!

My son Mark is renting a storage unit here and he says he loves the people who work here at this location!

Sumith is very experienced and knows exactly what his customers need when they ask for a unit. He makes the process very easy and stress free. My son’s favourite thing about him is his sense of humour!

Gotham is very patient and can handle complex situations very politely and professionally.

The people who work here consistently show a remarkable talent for being extremely accommodating.

We have been greated by the staff today as we walked in, both staff members were very friendly and helpful with the units. Gautam knew exactly what kind of storage we were looking for and helped us immediately and guided us to the right units. The set up was smooth overall and no complicated breakdown of fees, it was very direct and at no point it felt I am being tricked to anything extra to my storage units. At the end of signing the agreement, everything was packaged nicely and handed to us. Honestly, we have looked at other storage places which were far more expensive the Public Storage

I went in and Sumith helped me out alot with the process of setting up a 10’ by 10’ unit.

Sumith could not have been more professional and Debbie was very warm and charming.

Look forward to seeing them the next time I stop at my unit when I drop in and say hi.

Both the assisting manager and the lady were kind and accommodating to me

had a very bad experience with this company. After I clearly informed them that I was moving out, they still went ahead and charged my credit card without my authorization and without even contacting me first. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them to be very careful with payment information.

Based on my experience with this location since October 2021. Its very hard for me to believe these reviews.

I gave 2 stars because 1 star I am happy with it being in my area. 2nd it usually isn't busy when I need to go to my unit.

Also, the fact that I am having a issue with the website payment portal and Public Storage company doesn't seem to have a dedicated tech department for their website is mind baffling.

I can’t get to write a new review so I edited this one to reply to their comment. These people are liars and crooks. Don’t trust them! I repeat don’t trust them!!! They are talking as if it’s somebody outside stole my stuffs when it’s the same people that work there stole my stuffs. You guys are professional thieves!!! They don’t care!!! They give you $1 promotion and then steal your items and try to shift blame like it’s outsiders. They are the same ones stealing my stuffs. They stole my stuffs and I get nothing back from the insurance, the police didn’t help but one thing I know for sure they stole the judgement of God upon their heads. They stole from a honest living child of God! The blood of Jesus is against them. You guys better repent. You better repent‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ You better repent‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I wrote this review above on my first day but now everything has changed on my last day and I pray to the Lord Jesus somebody will listen and be careful of this storage. THIS STORAGE FACILITY IS NOT SAFE‼️‼️IT IS NOT SAFE‼️‼️ and I don’t believe it’s not safe from outsiders but rather insiders. The same people who work there (read between the lines). I received a call from Gautam on Saturday March 22, 2025 @ 1:22 pm that my storage unit was opened and he was asking me if I’m aware of this and I told him no. However, I let him know I did lock it, because I’m a man who always triple check. I was wondering to myself how could this happened. Anyways, he asked me if he should lock it and I gave him the permission to do so. He called with the impression to make it look as if he’s helping me out. Later, only to find out items were missing from my storage unit. I have the evidence of missing items. I went there innocently and open minded just to find out what had happen to our stuffs, just for them to check the cameras and to see if they see anything and what can be done to give us justice. Only to find out in the midst of the conversation things get suspicious. Even in the midst of the conversation Gautam had to pull the other dark coloured, male, Indian manger(I forgot his name) to the back room to say something privately. What!!! When they came back their countenance was changed. I noticed unusual behaviour from them. Instead of helping, they pushed me toward insurance, which felt suspicious. PEOPLE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE‼️‼️ The storage unit where this theft took place was the building at the far back next to the car wash (F046). In there has a stain on the floor and a bad smell too. Stay away from this place‼️ We reported the theft to the police and we submitted an insurance claim and just waiting to hear if we will be compensated for our loss, but whoever stole our items, I’m telling you, you stole the judgment of God upon your head/heads. Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord. I’m telling you, you stole from the Lord’s anointed. I pray the Lord Jesus Christ will vindicate me! I hope you repent and come to Jesus before He visits you. Amen!🙏🏽

If you can believe this - I had a rental unit at Timberlea for 14 years!!! Throughout that time, the buildings and hallways were always clean and litter free. The temperature was maintained at a comfortable level. While I didn't need assistance often - anything that I asked was provided. The office, with supplies for sale, also was kept bright, clean and neat! When I closed my account, Pam and Debbie were warm and friendly and personable! While I won't miss the monthly charges, certainly I would rent there again if ever the need arose! 5 STARS!!!!

This location is clean and well organized! No issues with using the facilities and good customer service.Clean units, good lighting, and easy to get a unit and to end the contract when we were finished with the unit. I felt the prices for the units were reasonable.

I had a terrible experience with this public storage facility. I stored my belongings there for a month, and now all my furniture is infested with bedbugs. To make matters worse, I rented two lockers with insurance, but they are refusing to compensate, insisting there needs to be physical damage in order to file a claim. I wonder bed bugs do not do physical damage instantly they gradually spreads in you whole house

For a couple of years now I have been using Public Storage for convenience, necessity and most of all the excellent customer service that is provided.

The staff namely, Sumith, Debbie and Pam are consistent with their professionalism, accomodation and support towards my needs especially when last minute concerns,lateness and unexpected demands from my end.

I have been treated with uttermost respect and consideration by these staff at Timberlea branch.

I am definetely going to obtain their service and space and highly reccomend this branch to my colleagues,family and friends.
