I recently rented storage units at the 33rd Avenue location, and I had an excellent experience. Amanda and Sweety were incredibly professional, quick, and efficient. They understood my requirements perfectly and allocated the units accordingly without any hassle. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

I have had great service from Amanda and the team, I had to get a larger storage space and they were more than happy to accommodate. Everytime I go into the office, the staff and management are all very cooperative and very helpful. I will keep continue to tell others about there service.

Staff was super friendly & helpful. Amanda took me on a tour to view the inside and outdoor storage units that were available. She then helped me choose the one that fit all of my needs and addressed all my concerns. I left feeling like my belongings were safe and in good hands. Thanks again!

We needed a place immediately due to an unforeseen delay for move in day. They had a small storage space available. We only needed it for 10 days so the first 4 weeks for free was amazing to only pay an admin fee of $26.25 and buy a lock that can’t be cut with cutters for $20 when the other places we called were $200. Amanda at the front desk was so lovely. There’s a full time person monitoring the facility, it was 5min from the rental. It was a really great experience. Highly recommend!!

Staff are friendly and accommodating. I arrived later than expected. They opened up for me although they were ready to go home. The facility is clean and well organized.

The experience was top notch customer service, from calling their customer support to book the unit to finishing using the storage. They provided guidance and instructions very simply and are willing to repeat if I didn’t understand anything. Amanda was very kind and she was friendly, respectful and professional. I only needed to use the storage for a few days to put my luggage and they were very understanding. Their promotion offers are wonderful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to put their stuff in. The storage units are well organized, clean and easily accessible. They have locks they sell at the store too if u don’t have one. You won’t regret coming to this facility. I definitely will use this place again in the future.

Wow that was absolutely disgusting customer service. I found to inquire about the cost of a unit. And she started talking about getting me set up with a unit over the phone and I said no I don't want to book one right now I'm simply inquiring about the cost of one and she started talking about understanding my frustration I said I'm not frustrated I just want to know how much a unit costs I'm trying to plan financially for it and she hung up on me. I guess I will be going with a different company.

Sentinel was excellent to deal with. Their first 4 weeks free has no hidden fees or penalties. Marisa was especially helpful and flexible with us when we needed to look for a smaller unit. Would highly recommend!

Well, lockers are nice, clean, and convenient, but this South location has different rules regarding locks and insurance, etc.

I was introduced (referred) to the storage lockers on roper Road. (I had excellent experience. The locker was nice and clean, with no smell, no garbage. Good security. Customer service; simmi & Amanda were excellent, welcoming, and thorough in explaining procedures). so I rented one to try the process and review it for everyone's sake. I loved it.

I highly recommended (referred) my daughter moving to Alberta from Nova Scotia to this South Sentinel storage location closer to her. Customer service did not write the referral part in the system during agreement sign up (I wonder why? though its their policy. If you refer someone, you get 50 to 100 back, depending on the size of the locker).

It's already 60 days, and I have not received any reply or cheque. I'll complete this review once I get any update.
It's easy to access Lockers as you can literally take your vehicle all the way to your locker.

Just booked my unit with their storage services. Amanda guided us and went above and beyond in finding us the right unit based on our requirements. Everything was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this to my friends since they have great customer service and deals.

Very efficient and very much to needs.. it was a last minute storage unit... That was much needed at a time I had a full loaded U-Haul at my amazement that they had one for me... Had to race but at they had me inn I was so happy and so lucky thanks Marisa and her partner there at Sentinel Storage for making it a priority for me to be successful. I really needed this... Really nice customer service. Showed my partner the storage unit & also provided us pallets. The units are very spacious & with good organization we were able to fit a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The 4 weeks free as well is a great selling price

Rented a unit here, the staff are friendly and amazing in helping you any way they can, units are clean and tidy, you even get pallets to stay off the comcerete floor definitely recommend this place for any storage needs

Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly, they are extremely accommodating as well. Sabrina was perfect helped with accommodating my move in and move out, such a sweet genuine person. Plus the hours to access the storage is convenient which was a huge bonus. If you’re looking for a good storage definitely the place to go.

Yesterday I had booked my storage unit over the phone, and had made arrangements to go and finalize the paperwork later. As moving day usually goes for me things got a little hectic and I ended up losing track of time. Marisa was very understanding and we were able to get me into the unit without a problem. Would highly recommend the 9944 33Ave location for your storage needs.

the assistant manager Sabrina helped me. Sabrina made it a truly easy and fluid experience. she was happy to chat about any questions I had and took time to explain everything that I needed to know about the unit and policy’s didn’t make me feel like I was dragging on with the questions I had. The storage units are very spacious and they have indoor heated unites and outdoor unites . They have deals going on right now for the first month free so if you needed storage the time is now friends
