Rogers Video

I don't really know what to say about this store because they don't seem to want my money; I say so because it is extremlly hard to get through to this store by phone and ask if they even have what you want. The costumer service line got me through however so I'll give them points however once through I was rudley told to call back and hit 4 from options and that whomever I was talking to couldn't help me.So for the third time I called and pressed " 4 " for no response once again. And just side note another store just flat out told me to call back another time because they were busy at least they were straight forward about it. Oh well I guess it's the first time i can say someone in this city doesn't want my money heh. Nothing new from Ottawa customer service has really died in this city everywhere you go.
