Blockbuster Video - STORES CLOSING!

Been in and out of this store mutiple times, but have stopped going due to staffing issues. That is to say that I find the staff there down right dissapointing to deal with. They used to have a manager there named Sam, or Steve, or Scot, something like that, anyways this guy knew his product, but more important then that, he knew who to treat his customers. Anyway earlier this year he moved on, and within a few weeks my wife and I started noticing attitude changes in the staff. So sometime in March when we started to realize that this store was not as much fun to shop at anymore, we stopped going.

I would rather go down to Front street, rent from Rogers Video, deal with late fees, or pay per day, whatever they are calling it these days, and get decent customer service from friendly people, then pay no late fees, and deal with attitude and rudeness.

Whatever this guys name was who was Managing my local Blockbuster up until Janurary of this year, it was truly a sad day when you left, and what poor excuse for service that has been left behind has mad us all sad clowns.
