I went in there last week last week to order blinds with my husband the initial visit was good. Then my husband went back with final measurements. When they came in they were about and inch too long I called to speak to the lady who sold them to us and told her the situation I was honestly just trying to figure out what went wrong her responde to me was "I am not going to talk to you because you did not come in the second time with your husband. I think she was rude and very unprofessional. I worked in retail for 30 years you do not speak to a customer like that. My husband cut them himself and they look just as good as if Blinds to go were going to do them . Also that was my money as well so I have the right to know what happened.
