The man who works and or owns this store is so rude and ignorant was my first time there in many many years now. I went in for olg tickets. The man was yelling at me. I said to him" all these tickets I getting have no encore, lotto max,649,2 lines of 49" he proceeds to yell saying "communications " and tells me very loud and slow like, I suppose to ask him in the way of "649 ONE LINE NO ENCORE, LOTTO MAX ONE LINE NO ENCORE" and so forth. I said you don't need to talk like that tone and don't need to yell at me. He charged me more than what costs should only cost $10 he charged me $12 & I didn't receive the lotto max ticket. I will never visit that store again and I recommend for other people don't go to this store!
