I gave a travel agent my flight request and credit card info. For 13 days I emailed daily, but the agent always said she was in meetings, helping clients, etc. As a result, she booked the flights for my adult children, but not their mother! This was supposed to be our family Christmas vacation. 13 days later, the flights were fully booked by the time she contacted me. Everyday, the agent said she was going to make my booking, but didn't.
Now with CAA for 50 years I had a VERY bad experience with CAA and they don't really care so I won't renew my membership after 50 years.
very poor service, if they damage your car (good chance of this happening) they will not take ownership and leave you on your own to have your car repaired
Have used the services of CAA Travel in St. Vital several times over the years. Very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the travel agents there. Got an amazing deal on a package to Disney World - saved a lot of money and had a great time thanks to my agents expertise. Thank you!
