Toys 'R' Us

I am a 9yr old girl an i went to toys r us with my parents and my brother and my sister. me and my siblings were all EXCITED to get the new version of XBOX360 because my brothers birthday past and we had to get him a present. The new XBOX360 had a picture of gears of wars on it.
The man working in the game part of Toys R Us had said. "This Xbox is awesome. i love it. and it has a lot of game, 59 GAME I TELL YOU! 59 GAMES IN THIS 1 X BOX! and its the latest version and everyone wants it! since your son is 8 yrs old, this game is PERFECT because it is rated E FOR EVERYONE!" so we wanted to buy it for him and my parents were like, how much? and then the mans like. "around $400." my brother REALLY wanted it, so we bought it. when we came home we opened the box and it was all messup looking. My brother didnt care, he put the x box together and he turned it on, it was good then. The only game in the x box was gears of wars! there was only 1 game n it. the stupid man lied. my brother was so sad, we wasted $400 for nothing but a so called "X BOX EVERYONE WANTS!" and 1 stupid gears of wars game. my brother started playing gears of wars, it had ALOT of bad stuff in it like swearing, killing and inapropiate clothing in the game. my mom found out that it was rated M FOR MATURE.the man had lied again. so the next day we went to EB GAMES. i recomend EB game beacause they dont teach their employees to LIE. we bought a sonic hedgehog game, my brother was happy until he remembered the stupid lying x box man (i think his name was Mike). so the next week we went to the toys r us and my parents went to the front desk and they told them this, "HI, i just wanted to say that this XBOX is a big lie, we want you to return it immediatley!" my parents were nice and calm. then the teen who was at the desk started hessitating and went to get her friend. then her friend made a weird-i-am-so-angry-and-proffesional face at us. "LEMME SEE YOUR RECEIPT!" she ordered and then she snatched it. " I can let you do that, return it." she said LOUDLY. her friend started giggling. they both ran away and got the manager, i think her name was maria. "YOU CANT RETURN THIS ITEM!" she was so loud, you could hear her from a mile away. "excusme, but-" she cut off my dad! " NO! I DONT CARE WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN YOU AND THIS FREAKIN X BOX, BUT NO U CANNOT RETURN THIS!" SHE WAS SO LOUD, SHE WAS ACTUALLY SCREAMING. MY PAENTS GOT ANGRY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING LOUDLY! "THE MAN LIED, BAD COMPANY, I MIGHT SUE YOU!" my parents yelled. "no. get out of my store!" she was angry. she made faces and she kept on stoping her feet, at the end she pushed the x box toward us in a rude way. the man behind her who was also a customer understood our problem and tried to help us but she screamed and he made a face at her and left. "IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I WILL MAKE SURE NONE COMES HERE!" my dad ws super angry to wast $400 on 1 game. and we left
the point is... NEVER COME HERE IF U WANT NICE PEOPLE! THE CASHIERS ARE STUPID TEENS WHO DONT KNOW ANYTHING AND DONT EVEN WEAR UNIFORM AT ALL! THE MANAGER IS SOOOOOO RUDE AND HAS LOTS OF ATTITUDE TOARDS HER CUSTOMERS! THEIR PACAGING IS BAD AND THEY TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES TO LIE AND PLAY WITH EACHOTHER, GO TO EBGAMES FOR BETTER ELECTRONIC SOR GO TO ANOTHER TOYS R US, MAYBE IN LIKE BAY OR SOMEHING!
