Unbelieveably bad service and the arrogance that come from being born as a monopoly. Abusive rates and abusive attitudes. Although my bundled monthly bill is over $700, they cut all my services when a small portion (less than $200) went over 60 days. That is, they cut my home phone, cell phone, internet AND satellite services. If you've been through this you know that they then will not take your call to discuss the issue, they will only take your payment..which you'll have to make by credit card from a pay phone.

Bell has a bad Billing Department so that I could not stand any more. I decided & left Bell. Now I am with another provider who is a wholesaler of Bell with a much cheaper price monthly. I am so happy that I left Bell forever. At least I know I can cut this landline phone completely one day by switching the different method of communication.

I've been with Bell Mobility for many years now. It seems that since the market has gotten more competitive, they have become less. I have an "old" plan that if purchased today would cost upwards of $75 per month. I pay $35. Needless to say, they are doing everything in thier power to increase my bill in hopes I will cancel. Chanrges I should not be paying for are adding up, and they say "too bad"! There were some months when I was paying an extra $65. Buyer beware! Boycott Bell, make them lose some of the market, lay people off and hopefully wake up! My kids both just got cells, and guess what Bell - we went with someone else!!!!!

Bell and Rogers both provide the worst horror service.you can't even cancel them. they keep you hostage on the phone, place you on hold FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER until you simply get disconnected. Idiots take your calls and love to argue with you how you are wrong and "they" are right. I hate them with a passion. WHERE IS THE COMPETITION?????????????

I wish there was something less that 1/2 star to describe Bell. I've been with them for over 12 years with my home line. A while back we had cell phones with them too. As soon as we were able to switch using our cell numbers, we did due to their bad customer service. Recently they increased our Call display to $11, while the line costs $19 (ridiculous!!) and when we called their customer service (in India!!!!) and they said there is nothing they can do about it. As soon as I find a better home service, I am leaving Bell forever!! Too Bad many people still keep these compaines in business.

We have about 1000 channels with our Bell satellite thing, and I think we watch maybe 10 of them. I have no need for Described Video, music/radio channels, and CTV Medicine Hat. I live in Kitchener, what am I gonna do with CTV Medicine Hat, or CTV Sudbury or CTV Regina for that matter??... And for some insane reason I don't get CTV Kitchener. So we tried to downgrade. We got some cheaper package, and they came and removed the satellite and everything.

Then when we turned on our TV a turd came out.

I called customer service, infuriated. The representative told me there were only really 3 packages for me to choose from: The 'HD TV / Super Mega' package, the 'All the Channels You Don't Need' package, and the 'Turd' package.

I was like, "That's it, I'm going to Rogers!"

When the Rogers installation guy came over, he was like, "Ok, which do you want: the 'HD TV / Super Mega' package, the 'All the Channels You Don't Need' package, or the 'Turd' package?"

It doesn't matter how cute those beavers look on TV... STAY AWAY!

Those frikkin' beavers ate though my phone lines, and now I can't even call my mom! The one who looks like a chipmunk is now living in my garage.
