Establishing the rental contract was straight forward and access was simple. It should work well for me.

I was hesitant about getting the storage rented, so I bugged Will a couple of times at the office to ask for clear information. He was patient, nice and very helpful.

Started renting a storage unit here end of October I started renting at $172.16 and as of January first my rent increased to $262.46 as they decided to review and adjust their rates, the only reason I decided to rent this unit was because it was affordable for me and apparently they decided out of no where the unit was worth more. Will be leaving considering the price change and the bad reviews over the break ins as I pay for insurance on top of rent and apparently their insurance is a joke. My partner also spoke about getting the price reduced and they agreed to reduce and we never got that reduced price.

Our storage unit has been broken into THREE times now. The first time was before Christmas - our lock was cut and we lost expensive sentimental items. We had insurance - we thought it would be okay. After filing a police report, we were then told there was insufficient evidence by the insurance company through Storage Mart, stating there was not enough evidence that we were robbed. We cut our losses and continued renting this unit. 2 months ago - our lock was cut again. Yes, we made sure to get a secure lock this time. Although nothing was stolen this time, our unit was a mess and there was blood in our unit. Storage Mart gave us a lock and that was all. LAST WEEK - my husband went to our unit to measure a few of our items only to find out we were robbed again. Our unit this time is completely trashed. My brand-new vanity is broken, they ripped through all of my daughter's birthday cards and our wedding cards. We honestly don't know what else if wrecked or stolen. Cops have gotten involved, and they found the person but we have been told that code locks or cameras will not be installed because it will increase the rent, yet they raise the rent almost every 2 months! and that the wifi won't reach that far for a camera. We feel so violated and like our stuff is not safe there no more. This is 2 weeks before our move in date to our new home. I honestly cannot wait to move our things out of there.

If you want a place that is secure, StorageMart on Maxwell is not the place. Please, please go somewhere else where you know your items will be taken care. Where there are cameras and secure locks and where you know their insurance company will take of you! We are absolutely devastated with this situation.

Gave a good review when I first signed a lease to store items over winter. Now in the middle of winter they increased the rate by 20%. Who clears out a storage space in February. Seems like a cash grab. Will not return next year.

The ladies at work at storage Mart at both locations are very nice and knowledgable. But that’s not the issue. My issue is is the security is severely lacking at both locations. My storage unit got robbed while it was double locked.over $22,000 went missing in property out of my unit and now storage Mart is offering me $3500. It is a complete joke. Storage Mart as a company doesn’t care about you or me or anyone there is only three cameras at the front entrance of this location. There is no alarm system, and the gate can be easily disabled. Are you not recommend this storage facility to anybody that has any property that’s worth any money. Here’s a picture of my unit being ransacked. OK StorageMart what are you gonna do to make this right??? Because your insurance department isn’t an adequate!!!!!

Amazing place to rent storage from, first and foremost they are pretty much the only place that is open to rent on the weekend in an emergency situation. Secondly, their customer service is second 2 none. accommodated me when i had forgotten to pay for the month when it was an empty unit, they waived the charges. Not only that due to my physical limitations Sam went above and beyond by offering to sweep the unit for me.. Then as i come in to write a google review she even provides my son with a cupcake.. Hats off to you Sam and storage mart.. I recommend to anyone needing a place to store their stuff short or long term..

I recently moved out of this location after a long time. Move-in And move-out at this location was worry free due to very helpful property manager Ms. Ashala. Entry/ exit to storage units is 24/7 with secure gate code. This location is a very quiet and clean at all times. This was my second time using storage mart due to their reasonable unit rates and professional service. With my experience I can surely recommend others to use storage mart at Maxwell Crescent, Regina.
