I come here when Haroon is here, he is very kind and helpful. Several times I came here and Haroon wasn’t there so I couldn’t be helped. He speaks my language and makes sure I understand the plans and what my options are. When he is not there, I am confused about what to do. Thank you Haroon for being here and being so kind and helpful!

Everything went fine with the rental. I was taken to the unit after the paperwork and payment and everything about access was explained to me clearly. No complaints.

Awesome guys take good care of this storages. I had an incident that my own security alarm went off without reason, and these guys took care of it on the phone for me.
This place is old, and it's not fancy as other new places, but you can count on the guys here.

Fred was beyond rude at the 2 Greensboro location. Has no respect for woman... accusing me of things that were completely untrue and when I told him I thought he was confusing me with someone else he became very aggressive and demeaning. Totally uncalled for, unjustified and completely unprovoked. He should seriously consider anger management classes and maybe some additional training is needed.

Been a Public Storage customer for over 25 years at the 2 Greensboro, Toronto location. Fred and his office team have been very organized, professional and courteous throughout all these years. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Ana (I’m sorry I didn’t right down your full name) was very kind, thorough, patient , knowledgeable and fun to work with. She answered our questions and went through the details so we would fully understand the process. She made sure we saw the locker and that we were happy with it. Fred was also very professional and made sure we had all the documents we needed so we would have confidence in our decision. The locker itself and the premises in general were clean and in good repair. We actually had fun with them while we were there! I needed a relatively large self-storage unit at short notice and the staff at my local Public Storage were very helpful. Setup was smooth, the unit stayed dry and secure during severe weather, and checkout was painless. The final month was able to be prorated since we left at the beginning of the month, just a few days into the next rental period. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Public Storage again.

I got the storage locker for three months for a very reasonable discounted rate. Fred was extremely nice and helpful and helped me through the process.

This place is not the cleanest nor the most flexible with payment dates. You can’t choose a date for payment, some of their staff are rude and unexperienced. As soon as I’m able to go to Toronto area im changing storage. Way too many options to tolerate their bad customer service

Fred and the team there are amazing. It’s hard to review a storage centre but it’s clear they have the best space and staff in the business. I’ve worked with other units in the area before and definitely will stick with Public Storage for all my storage needs
