I have been a tenant at this location for over five years. On 29/09/2025, I requested to move to a more affordable unit, and I am very pleased with the assistance I received. Haroon provided me with excellent service, helping me secure a fantastic unit at a great price.

Because of his professionalism, dedication, and the outstanding support he gives to tenants, I strongly encourage you to keep Haroon permanently as part of your team. He consistently provides a level of service that is competitively much better than other employees, setting a higher standard for tenant care. He is an asset to this location, and I believe he truly deserves a promotion in recognition of his hard work and excellent service.

I was very please to have had the opportunity to meet two associates at the arrow road location who was very plesant to approach and lovely to talk to name Sahee & Essa , they were well knowledgeable of the company's services that they provide and packages and rate. They provided me with the help that made my day. These two employees customer service was top notch.

Every time I leave this storage location I end up with nails in my tires. All four have been popped on different occasions. Clearly the property is not being maintained and it’s costing customers money and stress

The first time renting a storage and it has been a wonderful experience. From talking to Balikis on the phone and getting to meet her with the experience she has and team mates are great as well Saheed and Anooshka thank you for the experience.

We completed the transaction, and the next day I visited the location. It was a great experience to meet Mr. Ashfaq. He was very professional and explained to me all the available options, he took me to show my rented place and showed me different sizes too. In the end, we signed the documents, he gave me all the related information and codes.

I had an amazing customer service when called, then within arrival was treated with a welcoming attitude and immediately directed me to my needs.

The staff was extremely helpful in getting our business a unit and parking. They also take great care in maintaining a safe and secure facility. Long time customer. Highly recommend them.

Employees steal from the units. My mom use to store her things here until one of the Employees broke in rummaged through her things and stole quite a few items. The police were notified. Arrests were made and charges laid and stuck! Disgusting!

Have been a long time customer at Arrow Road location, the manager Balikis is always welcoming. The service i receive from the front desk is always top, But today all of them Balikis, Saheed and Chandana went above and beyond. Sincerely thank you...

Recently needed a storage unit so scouted all the local spots.

There was one other spot closer to home, but the folks there were mundane and seemed to just be going through the paces with me.

The entire staff at Public Storage was polite, courteous and genuine.....The real star of the show, and the final selling point for me, was Anooshka.

Anooshka is everything a service rep should be: Kind, polite, courteous, enthusiastic and most welcoming!

Public Storage, give Anooshka a raise, as she is an asset to your company and the best representative you could have.

Renting for the first time. The staff is very friendly, the documentation and reservation process is hassle-free, and everything went smoothly. The price is good, they charge $1 for the first month, and security seems solid as well. We're renting short-term and definitely recommend this place.

Try to keep it short-term...... I didn't follow my own advice.
I emptied my space Saturday after over 30 years (387 months).
Easy access and never had any issues over all those years..........
