The team here was incredibly accommodating, and that’s exactly why I’ll be using other locations in the future as well. I can’t recall everyone’s names at the moment, but every single staff member I dealt with was helpful and professional. They truly earned this 5-star review — I don’t hand those out easily!

Very satisfactory visit for a spot to store my vehicle. Very helpful to find a right option even on Sunday. Reasonable price for a short term with the promotion. This is the 2nd time to use Publicly Storage and I'm willing to use again next.

We got great service from Kunle. He was helpful, friendly, also very clear about the contract, and how to access our stuff. He helped us move things, and remembered me later when I called for a query. Five stars!

The company overall is very quick to get through on the phone - both as a new customer and as a returning customer. I got immediate, honest and genuinely helpful assistance - including getting the best deal for my specific needs. My only suggestion is that the company should update its office software. There was still a fairly manual process needed to feed in my information, so starting the contract took a few mins. But the good humour and efficiency of the staff made it all fine.

I had an excellent experience renting a storage unit at Public Storage. Ana was very helpful, guiding us through the process, showing the unit and providing all the necessary information. It was very easy and clear. The facility is very clean and the office staff was great. Great Experience at Public Storage!

I recently rented a unit at Public Storage, and my experience has been excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the rental process quick and easy. The facility is clean, well-lit, and very secure with plenty of cameras and gated access. I also appreciate the climate-controlled options, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected.

The staff at this location are warm and welcoming! Also, the pricing is reasonable, and the location is super convenient. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for a reliable and safe place to store their things!

Right from when I called till I was done with my rental Yash handled it with utmost professionalism. He was very patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location for self-storage.
