Yash was very helpful throughout the process. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to use any tricks or hide any fees. Everything was told to us before starting the rental process. Best customer service representative I have met till now.

Great Experience at Public Storage!

I recently rented a unit at Public Storage, and my experience has been excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the rental process quick and easy. The facility is clean, well-lit, and very secure with plenty of cameras and gated access. I also appreciate the climate-controlled options, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected.

The staff at this location are warm and welcoming! Also, the pricing is reasonable, and the location is super convenient. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for a reliable and safe place to store their things!

The customer service at the desk was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained storage facility. The only issue is that over the year and a 1/2 that I was there my storage space increased in price over 20%.
