Siva’s professionalism, kindness, and knowledge transformed the experience from a routine transaction into something truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, Siva was attentive and thoroughly addressed all my storage questions, always with patience and a genuine willingness to help. His friendly attitude and expertise made me feel not just like a customer, but a valued guest. Siva consistently went above and beyond, assisting with every aspect and ensuring my storage needs were fully met—which is more than anyone could hope for. It was my first time renting and using one of these storage spaces so naturally I was nervous but after speaking to Lynne at this office, I felt much better. The facility looks good and well taken care of, and Lynne who was at the desk clearly cares for the customers and is just a very nice person. If I ever have to speak with someone regarding my storage space, I am comforted knowing that Lynne will be the one I talk to.

Just rented a 5x5 will tall ceilings, walk in for $97/month (promo 1 month free or 3 months 50%). Savi was friendly and helpful, easy to work with. Units look clean and well kept, beside the gardiner. Lots more to bring!

This storage facility has a great location just off the Gardiner at Parklawn Rd which makes it very convenient. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They were there from day one until the last day of my contract in the office, ready to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this location. I was able to get a discount by booking online. I had the 10x30 foot unit and it’s massive with high ceilings. You can basically fit a whole house worth of furniture and boxes in there.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Siva property manager. He called ahead of time to remind me of what paperwork to bring. Upon arrival he was waiting to show me the parking spot and made the transaction very smooth. He explained to me thoroughly the contract and what to expect.

A very well managed storage facility. We had a drive up garage door styled 10'x15' unit. The units floor was always dry, and there was a sufficient amount of rodent deterants and traps around the property. A very clean property with a management team that truly cares about the service(s) they provide.

Excellent and seamless experience to get us set up with a new storage locker. The space is nice; the location is very convenient.

Lynne took the time to fully explain everything to us. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lynne.

We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive, positive and professional customer service we received from Lynne and Shiva. Lynne is a master at explaining the pricing, contractual terms and the benefits of this particular public storage business in a residential neighbourhood and she is a really creative and friendly person. You cannot go wrong choosing this location!

I have to say this is one of the best customer service experience I ever had. The dedication and care that Lynne shows towards her customers is unmatched. She truly understands the wants and needs of every individual customer and she goes above and beyond to guarantee absolute customer satisfaction.
