Natasha helped me out today and was super friendly! Ish took me to see the unit. As a visually impaired and disabled person the customer care is surprisingly human and down to Earth, unlike other storage companies who refused service because their system didnt recognize my ID... Looking at you XYZ Storage 👀 the staff at PublicStorage are waaaaaaay better from the national helpline to to the customer service desk. Although to be honest the indoor units should have Central heating in the winter. 5 Stars.

Greg, Haroon and Antonio were super helpful in getting me setup with a storage unit. The service was friendly and all charges and fees were as described. Overall an excellent experience, highly recommend!

Robbed over $15,000 of belongings, cash and jewelry. No help at all from the front desk in regards to accessing footage or getting an internal review done. You need a search warrant signed & issue issued by a judge not just a detective, but an actual judge in order to just receive any sort of support. They won’t confirm an internal review even is taking place for a window of footage that is only a few hours long!!

I was supposed to be starting over and creating a new life for myself instead I’m feeling violated - nauseous & sick to my stomach and unable to function or go to work knowing that this happened to me while I was most likely on the property as a single female.. I could’ve been assaulted. I could’ve been seriously hurt had I interrupted this felony burglary in progress. Every day I’m discovering more and more missing to the point that I’m bed bound and unable to look at my things or do basic tasks.

They don’t care.

All I’m asking is that they do an internal review and do anything to help me out and it’s like pulling teeth. Insurance doesn’t cover anything that happens to you while you’re on the property. It would’ve been cheaper and less painful for me to have thrown out everything I owned than for me to have kept it at public storage.

Was shopping around for a place to store my stuff while we stage our house. The location across vine street was really convenient and staff was very welcoming and helpful. I came in right before they closed -I'm so sorry- yet the manager Ish took his time to show me couple of units over time without rushing. He knows his stuff and takes pride of the job he does which most now adays don't. The process was smooth and straightforward, Manager Chadana was really helpful too by showing me the different moving supplies they had in store. The building seems really old and needs improvement but I would highly recommend this location and if you need a storage hassle free - speak with Ish and Chadana. Thanks guys!

The team at Public Storage were fantastic. Ish was an excellent fellow to work with, he was very thorough in answering all of my questions and walking through every aspect of my rental from start to finish. Fantastic company overall, I'd recommend them anytime.

I visited this Public Storage on July 7; Ish and Haroon were amazing! They were patient, very accommodating, and made the whole process of getting started and signing up super easy. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I have used Public Storage several times over the past several years. They consistently exceed my expectations. This time Antonio helped me make smart choices in the size of unit and the most economical start and finish dates. And he took me to see the freshly cleaned unit. The staff know their stuff and always want to help.

The service at the front desk was great. I was given a tour of where all of the facilities were, and where my unit is. I booked a ground floor unit online, but ended up with a basement unit. However, they made sure I was close to the elevator and pull up parking. Would totally book with them 💯

This storage was very conveniently located for me, so I would probably use it again if needed, but I had some serious issues while setting up. There is only one staff member at a time so all customers waiting have to wait outside. It was a nice day so this was ok, but for some reason it took more than 30m per customer, so I ended up waiting more than 90m from the time of arrival. I wasn’t expecting this and was late returning a uhaul as a result. Staff was helpful but had some trouble explaining my different contract options which seemed needlessly complicated. There needs to be a better system for getting customers through faster. After initial setup things worked fine, the units are a bit hot in the summer but not advertised as climate controlled so it’s ok.

Purchased a storage unit from them. Informed them I would be back later in the day to place my things in the unit. When I came to put my belongings in the unit a lock was still on the door. Their customer service representatives were very kind, compassionate and helpful which is the only reason this review is getting a star. I called their customer service representatives several times so someone can come cut the lock for me. They had gotten in touch with not only the manager of this location but also the district manager. I waited there for hours and even though I was promised I would get a call back within fifteen minutes there was no response. I ended up having to repack all my belongings as the gate at the facility closes after 10pm. I missed my shift at work because of their incompetence. As I had a bus to catch out of town the following morning, my friend went back into to place my belongings in the storage unit only to find the lock had been cut as if to act like it was unlocked the whole time, they didn’t contact me or her who is also on the contract to inform us this was done. They just came in the next morning and cut it completely ignoring the fact we spent several hours there the night prior constantly being told that we would get an answer to our problem in the next fifteen minutes which never happened. When my friend went to confront them about it the only thing they could find to say was to calm down, no apologies, no accountability they told her to calm down, the managers are busy people and “what did you expect this guy to solve
Your problem at 3am when he saw the email?”. They gave me a free month for my difficulties but it wasn’t until I asked for compensation after my friend and I wasted several hours there and I missed work. Very disappointed at how this whole situation was handled. If I purchased a unit with you and you’re aware I’m coming back later that day to place my belongings there, how are you going to leave work without cutting the damn lock?

Came in to rent a unit at the Vine Ave location for my mom to store some old furniture. Big shoutout to Ish he was super friendly, gave us a full tour, showed us 4 different units, and helped us pick the most affordable and convenient one. The process was super fast and clear great job! Really appreciated how honest they were. didn’t push the pricey options and even showed us how a smaller unit would work since the ceilings are super tall. It's rare to see great customer service and people who care what they do. Easy access to the building, and even though it’s super old and spooky, it’s well maintained. Solid experience overall! You've earned yourself a loyal customer.

Booking a storage space was the easiest experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us excellent advice. We walked in not sure what we needed and walked out with a unit booked and all the information we needed. The facility is clean and secure. We would highly recommend!

I have been renting a small unit at Public Storage, Vine Avenue in Toronto for over 14-15 years now.
I have always had a great experience with the reception staff and the premises.
This property is very clean and tidy, the fixtures work well, there is always a dolly and a couple of trolleys to assist in removals, and I have enjoyed storing my personal effects here.

Antonio was super helpful in showing us different available units so we could find exactly what we needed for our belongings, and he made the process of booking the unit extremely easy. I've had nothing but excellent service at Vine Ave, and over the years we've always been able to find a unit that was the right value and set up for us at the time.

I have dealt with this particular location twice over the past years. Both of the times the professionalism and service has been top notch. Ish was great at helping us to make a selection and get started with a unit.

Great experience getting a 10×20 foot storage space. Great intro deal on an older building, location suits my needs well. Antonio and Ishfaq are super helpful.

I just got a storage unit here and it was the most seamless experience I’ve had in any storage facility. The manager Ishfaq was so professional and dealt with my rushed order perfectly. Best storage facility out there!!!

I am not someone who maintains a long term storage, so everything associated with getting a storage and managing it seems like a painful thing to go through. However, this one turned out to be an exception. They have good deals from time to time and the entire process of sign up and cancellation just took minutes.
