Needed quick clean reputable and safe storage for a short while. I had used this location 10 years ago and they were excellent and convenient then. Used again and Max, the administrator was again excellent and efficient. Thanks Max for your excellent service.

Natasha and Max made everything simple and easy to understand. A tour of the facilities (Hobson location) was provided, including an explanation on the procedures to follow when entering and exiting the compound. Both staff were very friendly and professional answering all my questions when asked. It was a pleasure interacting with them.

Max and Natasha are the greatest two working at this location. I have been renting here for sometime. They are always on the property checking in on their tenants and conversing making sure we are all well taken care of. I would not leave this location for any other location or a different company. It's because I won't find a Max and Natasha there. Well done Public Storage for these two. They are great Managers of this property. 10 star service.

Max is fantastic! He is the best. The customer service he provides is unmatched. His deputies Natasha and Malki are helpful ss well. Reasonable prices. Wide range of storage sizes. Great deals. Lots of boxes and moving supplies. Highly recommend this location.

Update: I'm sorry but Max needs to retire, it comes a time when you no longer know what you are doing or who you're talking to, and you're dealing with people's belongings/ money it might be time to just stay home and leave someone competent in charge.

Being charged a late fee because when I tried to pay on their website it wouldn't let me in and I called the 800 number where I was forwarded to their office.
Max told me I had paid until October and now they're calling me saying I need to pay for September and that I'm gonna get charged LATE FEES.
I tried to pay on time and they didn't help me and now THIS???? 🤦🏽‍♂️
