I got a unit at this location and was met with the most fantastic customer service, specifically from their assistant manager Roger.

He gave me a call after I booked online to chat about when I would be arriving, followed up with a phone call about insurance in case I hadn’t thought about it for the storage of my vehicle, and the day of arrival he demonstrated fantastic, friendly, and over-the-top customer service! Would definitely recommend :)

From August 2009 until September 2025 I rented storage spaces at Public Storage. I was always able to access my storage space without any issue. Access codes, gates and door sensors to storage spaces made me assured my family's belongings were secure. I had a good experience with the staff over the years who were there if I had any questions, concerns or needed moving supplies. Thank you.

I had such a wonderful experience with this storage facility, thanks to Roger and Peiling! They were both incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to show me different unit sizes one by one, helping me understand what would best suit my needs.

Not only that, they went above and beyond to help secure the exact unit size I wanted, along with a great deal. As soon as they managed to get it for me, they called right away to confirm and reserve it—such amazing service!

I had the best experience with Public Storage! Roger was extremely helpful and kind. On the first day I took the storage unit, it was almost closing time, but he stayed extra time to ensure I could move my stuff the same day. The service was outstanding!

The only reason I’m moving out is that I’m relocating to Brampton, but I’ll definitely be using Public Storage there as well. Their 3-month price is an amazing deal! Thank you for the excellent service, Roger and team!

Public Storage found them on the website. They located close to me, and I went to check them personally on the site. staff friendly, any questions you had they answered you. I definitely would recommend them to my friends.
