Great staff at Migson Storage, very helpful, friendly and patient, when we were uncertain of the size we we wanted(They have many sizes available to chose from). We booked a unit a month in advance (also got the first month's rent free). Then when our truck would arrived they gave them all the information over the phone and e-sign our agreement and we did not have to go to Migson in person to sign everything. They e-mailed our contact, our unit number and our entry code. We were good to go! 👍 They have a great security system which made us chose them.

They have new units that are much taller, (10 feet high) larger and very clean, heated units are available if you need one. The new units you are inside where you are not standing in the rain or wind [or snow]. I highly recommend to go check Migson out, you will be pleasantly surprised. They also have great plans for a extended duration of a unit rental.👍👍

Staff were very thorough in explaining the billing process options available. I also appreciated the tips that were available both in person and online for making the best use of the storage space. Storage space is clean and well cleared of snow. Auto payment is convenient and allows one less worry until I am ready to retrieve my items.

Very friendly service and when the storage locker size that I originally agreed to wasn't large enough, they quickly found another one to accommodate our needs. It is gated with great security.

We have had 3 units at the st Catherine location for months we downsized to 2 units was locked out of our units and when we called they said we only paid for 1 unit even though I have my receipt in front of me with both units on it! Not happy with this place at all and I looked at all the other reviews and they just wrote they don’t have records of the people who complain having any storage units there lol not to mention a few weeks ago when we went there we accidentally went to the wrong unit but our key opened it that they sold to us so that’s a safe place to store your belongings

Mignon storage is one of the best storage places in St Catharines. It's easy to find it has good friendly staff that explain your responsibilities and there is no bulletin. The facilities are well maintained and if there is any problems they are there for you.
The cost of secure storage is well worth it and if you need to change units they will accommodate.
Dave is one of the management staff and he is a people person always cheerful and always ready to offer advice and assistance if required
There are security cameras and monitoring 24/7.
There is a bus stop right there at the entrance and if you need boxes or padlocks they have it.
You will never regret using their services because they are the best.
My friend recommended that I use their storage and he is very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to be a customer of Migson storage.
