Dayton Self Storage

I would not use this facility without more cameras as the manager at this location is not to be trusted.

on January 31st (Friday) my daughter and I walked into this establishment 1 minute before closing @6pm. We were greeted with Lois who didnt hesitate to serve us with getting a locker and a lock. The customer service we received was STELLAR!. Had it been myself at work, I would have told the customer to come back the next day, as most establishments would (especially on a friday evening) Lois was very understanding towards my daughter and I's rushed needs. I am definitely recommending this storage facility to others. The price is right and the customer service goes above and beyond. A great appreciation and shout out to Lois because she took the time to care and provide a service even though it meant for her to stay past her shift.

Lois is a generous, kind, sweet, funny, thoughtful, amazing, helpful, got the job done!
Lois has excellent management skills.

The paperwork and information exchange were done quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasurable experience. i wish more things would go just as smoothly.

Awsome facilities and staff. Booked online on a Sunday and showed up to start unloading. Dianna in the office got us all setup and helped us greatly. Funny energetic lady, Wish all people in Toronto were this friendly and full of happiness.
