This place is very good accessib in mississauga. The storage is quiet big size. Neat clean space Staff is very nice and helpful all the time whenever I come here. Timings of operation very good. I recommend to every one come and get you storage here.

This place is anything but safe. Worst customer service and communication. Someone had cut my lock and stole my possessions in the unit. I found out one month later when I went to the unit and I found a different lock on my unit. I ask the office about it and they said they noticed my unit had no lock so the put on of theirs on it. They also claim to have contacted me. I traced my call log back to the date they said. There was a call from a unknown number they said was them. That was the one and only call I Recieved. No email no text. When payment for my unit didn't go through I had calls texts emails of all kinds. As I say and waited for the police to arrive to make a report I observed the front gate open for over a hour with multiple vehicles coming and going as they pleased. There are no cameras in the unit blocks or rows. Only the front gate I then brought this to the attention of the staff and a gentleman who presumed to be a manager. He then told me that's not how people get in and steal they usually cut a hole through the back fence and get in that way and he said that's most likely how the got to my unit. Found this assumption very odd given how my unit was closer to the front gate and there were no other units burglarized that day or week. Also odd that he would say such a thing with confidence. I put my insurance claim in with the insurer that I acquired through the unit they then denied claim due to lack of presence of the lock of the unit.... So someone cut my lock stole my stuff and took the lock with them for some reason.... Nothing that happened there made any sense.Why would someone cut in from the back and burgralize one unit close to the front and only one unit and keep the lock mTerrible experience I lost so many things I can't get back

Bad rodent problems. Nested/chewed up new pillows and bed. Management will just assume you had food in there. They also replaced the roof in my unit without telling me and covered all my stuff with debris and drywall 👍.

Vic and Kelly helped me getting a storage for my car at safe slef storage in halton. The team were amazing, super friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

I used this location for storing items to sell on ecommerce for few years. Kelly and Kapil gave an exceptional service. One thing to note is that you should avoid taking the storage unit facing the main area where the trucks and boats are parked towards the fence. When it gets windy, all the dirt comes flying in your unit. Other than this, it is easy to access and opens most of your working hours.

From the voicemail she left me on a return call to receiving me at the Self Safe Storage Halton "Kelly" is most wonderful person to meet.

I would like to give 0 rating but there is no option. All my stuff got stolen and they even didn’t apologized as well charged me $153 extra. When i asked manager over there regarding stolen stuff and extra charges she said she will send email to management and they will contact you but no one contacted and informed about refund and stolen stuff coverage.
