This morning, I visited the Ardglen location for storage options and had an outstanding experience. Paula greeted me warmly, recognizing me from our phone call. She was incredibly helpful, offering clear explanations and even taking me on a cart to show the spotless storage units. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel confident in choosing Access Storage. I’m truly impressed by her exceptional support—highly recommend!

Great customer service! Very detailed and feels like they care about informing you of everything. Love the promo and the option to pay for a weekly rental if you don’t need it for a whole month before moving out. The area is gated and each building is secured with another door/gate.

I went to the Ardglen location to inquire about storage last Friday. The moment I walked in, the Rep Paula was welcoming and asked me to wait, while she served another customer. My turn came, She very helpful, offering detailed explanations and options. She took us on the cart to show us the storage. The unit was very clean and so was the complex. I walked away feeling very good about decision to use Access storage. I was very impressed with this representative!!

Paula is the best ! I was having a difficult time finding a storage unit that would fit needs , not only did she alllow me to try fitting what i needed in there, she went over beyon for me , as a hearing impaired person she took the time to explain everything even made sure i understood everything . Shes warm , honest and kind ; i felt safe after having a bad experience at a different location

Gagan is amazing! She guided me through the process with patience and expertise. I was given options and had a great experience. The storage units are clean and odour free, well lit and one feels safe at any hours.

This place is really good for storage. The staff is really good and friendly. Gagan did a great job finding me a good storage space. She answered all my queries very patiently and politely.

This is the worst storage place I ever used in my life! I moved in my personal items for storage but mice and rats damaged everything. This is not safe at all my items were worth a lot I have put my claim through just today hoping to get it resolved. My branded clothes, expensive electronics are all damaged by the rats! This has caused me alot of stress missed work and move in plans have changed due to this mess. I am very stressed at the moment and these guys told me to get the clothes dry cleaned which had waste all over of the rats/mice why would I wear anything that would cause me an infection. I have asked them to give me a written guarantee that if anything happens to my health they will bear all the expenses and outcome. How can some one wear /use items that are damaged/infected with rats/mice etc. At no cost any one will take that risk!

Please do not use this storage at all if you do not want to waste time and destroy your items. I am very very disappointed at the service and I will be sharing my experience with everyone to see how they handle my problem.

Friendly and helpful customer service. Units are safe and secure with 24 hour surveillance. The fees are very affordable for the location. I highly recommend Migson Self Storage, my experience has been very smooth.

The place is clean, used for 4 weeks, no rats or other critters on site or around storage areas seen in more than 20 visits made by me.
Open till late (11pm) which is great and gives more flexibility to users.
Front staff was courteous and helpful and honest.
100% recommended.

It was my first time renting a storage bin and the process was easy and quick. Everyone was extremely helpful and a really grateful shout out to Paula. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
