Access Storage - Cambridge

I had to make my rental arrangement last minute, and within an hour I was signing my agreement and paying. The call center was fantastic with the reservation set-up and size choice. Carlos (Cambridge manager) was always a pleasure to speak with and made sure he answered any and every question. Access Storage was great in communicating during some area construction work as well. Having access to my unit at anytime of day was extremely helpful. If I need storage again, I'll use Access!

Excellent customer service! Carlos Escobar the store manager was so helpful and cheerful and very professional. He explained all facts in detail which made my experience with Access Storage a very positive experience. I would highly recommend using Access Storage facilities and will do so again in the future should I need more storage.

Had my things here for years, never had a problem. The unit was always easy to access and the area clean. Carlos was always easy to get in contact with and was super nice!

As a result of not having adequate storeage space in my condo I was frantically last minute looking for some more temporary storeage. Carlos at the Industrisl Rd location in Cambridge could not have been more helpful.He provided me with a lovely unit the same day, was so kind and helpful and even walked me to my car as it was a terrible snowstorm ! Extremely professional, calming and so kind . Would highly highly recommend . He turned a very stressful situation completely around for me and their rates are fabulous!

Carlos was incredibly helpful and is just the sweetest person to deal with! He helped us get the best rate possible, and even switched the location of the unit we’d reserved to make it easier for our movers to access!

I rent a unit in access storage 1316industrial rd Cambridge and have a good experience with the manager Carlos Escobar is very cooperative and explain the all the term and conditions well in advance and finish everything in smooth and professional.

I've been with the Cambridge site on & off,mostly on... 😂 For 20 years? Or more? Never an issue, why?? Because Carlos is the best! If Carlos ever left or retired? I dunno noway anyone could replace him & how he's runs the Cambridge site! Honestly I've never had an issue regarding anything! Present client to the Cambridge site!

No issues in the couple years I needed a storage locker. Property was always clean. A little pricey but I guess that's the going rate now a days

Arranging to rent a unit was so easy to do. The young lady stayed with me through the whole process. When I went to they site, Carlos stayed to make sure I was able to access the gate and that I could find the unit.

So far so awesome! Carlos the manager is amazing, the lady answering the phones the first day i called Access was awesome. They both are extremely patient with all my questions, and fully explained the policies, rules of the business. They made sure i was not left with unanswered questions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend Access Storage to everyone!

Carlos helped us rent a 10x20 storage locker for our business needs. He was very knowledgeable and had a locker ready for us right away.

Had previously used Access Storage in another city to complete satisfaction. So with us looking again, it was where I turned and we couldn't be happier. Without any provocation the owner worked out an extension on the number of free weeks offered to start as well as a better rate than listed. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend enough!

It was a good experience. The staff at office was very courteous and helpful and the possession and moving out was phenomenal exactly as stated verbally. I strongly recommend every one to use Access Storage as and when needed.
