Overpriced units. Plus they have roof leaks all over due to the melting snow on the roof. Arrogant staff

Great experience renting a unit. Abdul was more than helpful in getting everything organized for me. I found the office staff to be friendly and courteous - very willing to accommodate my request for a specific size and location of locker in the building.
I really appreciate that there are dollies available to help move heavy items from the car to the unit.

Overall, a very reliable and well-managed service. The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and communication throughout was clear and efficient. They handle situations thoughtfully and work toward practical solutions rather than giving generic responses. A solid experience from start to finish, and a company I would confidently recommend to others.

I bought an auctioned off storage unit and when I went to claim it it had been broken into and valuable items were removed. It appears to be an inside job done by one of there employees. If they can have this happen in a secured video monitored storage facility then no ones stuff is safe there. The worst part is that the Management kicked me off the property when I said I was involving the police. All there management wants to do is give me a refund for the unit and pretend it never happened. This is completely unacceptable and I will be fighting them in court over this matter.
This should never ever happen to anyone and I wonder how many of there customers have had there units broken into?? Do not trust this location or any Access Storage Facility for that matter because there management is irresponsible and rude and will do everything they can to get out if being responsible for actions that happen in there facilities.
This is honestly the worst thing that can happen in this buisness and they reacted like it was no big deal. Lmao.

Left the sign open and no one answered the phone and no onsite. I brought a truck and my storage stuff had to book on the spot somewhere else

I rented a unit from the Rosedale site the managers were very pleasant and my experience was great. However because it was an older unit and not heated we had
To throw away some items because of
mice that chewed up some clothing, blankets and other items.. I understand the old unit is being taken down but this is a problem
that should be dealt with immediately.

I used Access Storage at 71 Rosedale for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist, Ambi, was very warm and helpful, I felt very safe and satisfied with the service I received.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the both the managers at Access storage Rosedale avenue.
They both don’t know how to solve any problem of their customer. They showed very unprofessional behaviour when i asked to cater with very genuine issues. They upfront said sorry we can’t help u with removal of snow just infront of my storage and wrongly parked vehicle by some other customer blocking my storage. At the end we just vacated the storage and both were not even bothered that we are leaving and we had 2 big storages in their premises.

Worst location. Service is not great. Office is always closed. No body will be present in office and always wait outside for some one to come and open the door.
