I absolutely loved the staff here! They did everything they could to make our stressful renovation process so easy! The accessibility is so close to the doors and my husband and I were relived. Basement renovations in the winter were not ideal and in our plans. So thank you Jamie and Chris for making us laugh and taking a load off of our shoulders. I would recommend this place 100%! Thank you both again for such a smooth experience. Customer service at its finest!

I went to the Access storage at John St, Mississauga, to explore storing my household stuff during house transfer. I was greeted there by Chris, who from the moment I entered was friendly, patient and accommodating.

Chris listened to my needs and explained how storage works, and what options I have. I had some some research before stepping in, and had my questions too. Which He patiently answered. He even shared details of a great discount going on. Needless to say I found the solution I was looking for and booked a place immediately, since he put all my apprehension at ease. I can vouch for the professionalism of this place and warmth of Chris comfortably.

My experience with Access Storage was great. It was affordable and I had no issues to get a storage locker unit for my things. There's different size storage units to choose from, whether you have many items or just a few items. The online account is straight forward and easy to navigate when making your monthly payments, which includes different payment options. Overall I never once had an issue or a complaint for the time I was using a storage unit. I can truly say I was satisfied and I appreciated how respectable and friendly the customer service was throughout the duration I was using the storage unit. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to store their items.

Chris was extremely helpful on my visit into the office. Took him no time at all to come up with a solution for my needs. This is my first time using any storage services and he made it very easy and straightforward.

My husband and I needed to obtain a storage unit on behalf of a family member who was out of the country. We chose to look first at Access Storage - 37 John St, based on its close proximity to our family home in Mississauga. Upon entering the on-site office, we were warmly welcomed by Manager Chris at the front counter and staff Nisha who was taking a phone call. Chris listened patiently as we explained our situation, outlined our storage needs and asked him a TON of questions, as this was our first time needing public storage. Chris answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. He discussed the security measures in place, covered the various storage options including costs, explained the billing procedure, and informed us of current promotions. He even took the time to show us around the facilities and suggested a couple units we might be interested in. We expected it to be a daunting task to obtain a storage unit, but instead we experienced a pleasant seamless process and we left confident in our decision to rent a storage unit here.

I want to give a big thank you to Chris Nannan and the whole team who have just been incredibly kind, helpful and understanding with all our storage needs. My family and even colleagues have all had awesome experiences storing with this location. I am incredibly grateful and if I have any more storage needs in the future I am certain to store with you guys!

Although I ended up renting somewhere else being closer to home, I feel the service and attention is worth mentioning. Very caring staff. I will absolutley be knocking on their door after my move for something more permanent for my storage needs.

I had a remarkable customer experience with this location specifically Chris N. Chris did a phenomenal job providing me with all of the options for a temporal rental unit. Prices were beyond reasonable. The rental unit was very clean. I had access to multiple trollies so my move in was relatively seamless and very smooth.

Chris literally took the common headaches and hassles typically associated with moving out of the process. His attention to detail was also greatly appreciated. Chris was intentional to ensure I thoroughly understood the terms and conditions of the contract, which I also greatly appreciated.

The line was fairly long and most people in the line were repeat or returning customers who also spoke very highly about the facility as well as Chris. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond and taking the time out of your busy schedule to ensure I got a great unit at a great price and for making all accommodations to ensure I also got a great location. Keep up the great work you are an exceptional manager and individual.

My overall experience with this company is good, but I can't recommend this location to similar people for a few facts. I wanted to store my motocycle and rented a 5x10, here are the issues:
1. there are no 5x10 units on ground level at all. Unless you need a bigger unit, this location is not going to be your best choice
2. the lifts inside have autoclosing doors and they are heavy, and you are not allowed to use door stoppers, so it's nearly impossible to move your bike in or out by yourself

As a suggestion, you can make your unit listing more clear on if they are on ground level or upper level. Once you do, I would reconsider my review.

Update:
They called me and offered me a bigger unit on ground level for the same rate. Although I'm not going to accept it because it won't be a long term solution and I hated the feeling of using review as blackmail, I increased the rating for their effort.
I don't think I can give 5 star simply because the cap is from the design of this location, and I'm sure you can't keep giving out the same offer.

Set up a unit with Nisha today and she was amazing and super helpful. Found me the closest unit to another my family has storing stuff from the floods this past summer so we have room to sort it all out before bringing it home easily. Very fair price for the unit too. Only $28 for the first month. Would highly recommend this facility if you’re looking for a storage unit.
