Access Storage - Brampton

It was my first time being Access Storage Brampton client, Ranjit is Absolutely amazing person. He was super helpful with everything. He provided clear instructions and guided with everything step by step clearly. He went above and beyond. Such an amazing customer service and trusted place. Highly highly recommended.

Peter Pavamony the store manager here at the heartlake location. Has been absolutely exceptional & helpful towards my storage needs. I highly recommend working with him for peace of mind regarding storing your precious belongings.

This storage is full of rats. I have paid $170 per month for a year. At the end my stored stuff was full of Rat droppings. I had to garbage most of my stuff because of stinky smell. When I asked them for the insurance claim, they said they can't pay it unless there is a damage. So, everything full with rat droppings and foul smell is not a damage according to them. Very disappointing. I just wasted my money

I’ve never used public storage before, and my experience with this location has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, I felt supported and understood—thanks to the incredible team of Peter and his right-hand, Ranjit. They take the time to understand your needs and work with you to find the best solutions. Their level of care and service made a huge difference—I probably wouldn’t have stayed so long or picked up a second unit without them.

They helped build a sense of trust that eased my worries about storing items in a public space. The units are generously sized, pricing is reasonable, and access has never been an issue. While there’s a minor rodent concern due to the outdoor nature of the site and stored goods, I’ve never felt that my belongings were at risk.

I'm now down to one unit, and although I’m not sure when I’ll move out, I do know one thing: while I’m here, I can rest easy knowing my things are being looked after.

Great location for us. Price was right, service was good. The only complaint was that the unit wasn't as large as advertised. Would use them again.
