Hello I had I incident with these people today just because I’m having personal issues, they won’t accept what I’m offering. They’re rude. They treat me like I am stupid there is this lady who is this i’m pretty sure a manager. She was rude not understanding when I said that someone passed away. Everybody goes through problems, but she made it seem that everybody doesn’t have problems. I don’t recommend people going to this Storage because with this incident that I had it’s not gonna help with any problems that you’re dealing with. They don’t care that a mother is dealing with issues mostly her daughter that’s in the hospital because of their fault they’re the person that calls you constantly stressing you out to make a payment, knowing that everybody goes through problems and have to pay bills. So please read this review and look over where you’re gonna go. I don’t recommend no one to go to this Public Storage. Thanks

Great experience! Salina was wonderful and helped me find the perfect storage unit I was looking for. There were lots of options available this is actually my third locker here, and I’ve been happy every time.

I am so excited with the promotional package I got recently. All thanks to Salina who went above and beyond to discover the availability of the promotion which includes a lock and a bundle of shipping boxes. I was already tidying the very unit I was occupying hence I was leaving the next day. When I came to the office to make payment for additional days I stayed, she told me to come back and see if she could get a deal for me but I didn't go back as I was busy packing my remaining items. By the time the office was closing, she walked down to the very last block where I was to inform me that she found an interesting promotion and was waiting to tell me but I didn't come back. I promised to come the next day to close the deal. Her customer service approach is the reason why I am still using the facility. Salina kudos. Thanks for the deal. Keep it up

I had an excellent experience with this Public Storage location! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-organized and professional.

The staff is superb. A great place to store your things. Clean and the staff gives you a ride on the golf cart to show you your unit. I often see them just driving around and keeping an eye on the place. Highly recommended.

It is a poor managed place. They do not clean the snow in front of the units. The moving equipment is broken, the locks in the units poorly maintained. The indoor units are as hot as outside, the access doors do not hold.
The lock the toilets so the customers can not use it or they do have to clean it.
It is appalling. Main office contacted..no reply what so ever.

I have been renting a storage locker for my work tools at this location for over 2 years and can't recommend them enough. The property is always clean, well maintained and orderly. The staff is friendly and efficient also.

I've had a great experience with Public Storage! I first used their service last year and came back again this year because of their excellent facilities and support. Executive Salina was especially helpful—professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Public Storage at Queensway Mississauga. We came to the office on Sunday, 15 min before closing time and we still managed to rent new unit. Professional and helpful staff. We've been renting a different size of storages for couple of years and we don't have any problems so far.

I love the Mavis location (Mississauga flea market). I’ve rented 4 times from this location and never had an issue. Very professional, helpful and they take time to tend to your need. I would definitely rent from this location again.

Salina and the team at 2605 Queensway helped me with my storage needs as I had short time to get things sorted out. Public Storage supplied me with a good sized unit at a great price!

safe that’s for sure Code entry even more safety 24 seven which I liked. I can’t compare to other people I had a 10 x 30 I don’t know if my price was actually fair market price compared to others and of course location location location is important for comparison QEW and Dixie.

Either way, I bet the bullet paid close to 800 a month but they always seem to it every year. Which left somewhat of this taste in my mouth. I hate Nick and Dime crap.

Great location and storage units! I especially liked that the majority of the units here are drive-up to lockers, makes loading and unloading very easy. Most importantly, the customer service was great! Nandalal was super friendly and very helpful. This was my first time renting a locker and he made the experience super simple for me. I definitely will be going back Nandalal and his team when I need a locker again. Thank you!!
