Terrible customer service , this guy there is so unhappy he is killing the business, never again will I call for our storage requirements. He is really so unhelpful and unfriendly with one word answers. Good luck!
One of the staff work on Tuesday is so annoying!He was really want to laugh on customer’s math and asked customer three times where are you study?!!? ? What a good attitude!
Friendly staff and very attending. I was asking questions while a lady came and waited. The staff asked me politely if I can let her pay for the rent first. I had no problem at all and after that the staff spent a good amount of time with my request and everything went very well. Convenient location and I will recommend.
Super friendly and helpful staff. And they got big boxes here. They even gave me some free water bottle
Excellent customer service. I made a payment applied it in error to my old unit number they caught it right away. Courtesy call advising they had switched my payment to my new unit and to update my banking information. Units are clean and secure. Would definitely recommend to others.
I recently had a bad experience as a customer with one of the staff members at Self Storage Depot in Richmond on Cambie Road.
His name is Thomas Shen and I had a quarrel and fierce confrontation with him. His utility was parked in the lane between storage units. It was blocking ,y vehicle at that time and I had no way to move forward or around it. I told him to move his electric utility cart so that I can pass through. I pushed my horn to alert the driver. The vehicle had no driver attended at that moment. Thomas came out from nowhere and shouted at me telling me not to push the horn. He was very rude to me at that time and his look was very fierce. I tried calling other staff member but other staff member was unable to offer any help to solve the problem.
His poor attitude is totally unacceptable to me or any other customer.
I feel as a customer I was badly treated in this incident.
I think I need an apology from Thomas Shen in person.

use to love this place. use to be secure. Recently however, they never checked my locks or either of my storage units EVER. lock was missing and or broken on both and front end desks regulars were terrible all except one.
