Storage for Your Life - Kamloops (Thompson River)

Rented for two years staff was always helpful with friendly reminders of payments due and any other issues that arose would recommend 100%

I have booked everything online and will use the unit in June, so far the service has been great.

We have had to block this company's phone number at the carrier level as they continue to harass my wife, looking for a family member who isn't paying her bill and gave my wife's phone number without her permission.

I have tried to work with this company to have my wife's phone number removed from their system without success. I've opened a case with the BC Consumer Protection agency. Sentinel simply states they won't touch a customer's account without their permission, even though the phone number is not theirs. We even offered to come in person with BC identification to prove my wife is not who they are looking for.

Again, we have never done business with this company, but continue to be harassed by them several times a year. Pretty frustrating, and pretty sad.

Up until i recently sold my camper, i had it stored here for the last 10 or 12 years, never had an issue, great staff.

My spouse and I used their services last summer during a really stressful time where we had to move our furniture out of our apartment for repairs, then because we had to move to a new apartment pretty soon after. They were so nice and so helpful, and I love how secure and clean their facility is. When we moved our stuff out they called me to make sure everything was good and make sure that we were taken care of.

I forgot to review them back then but when I think about that insanely stressful time the great customer service at the place is such a highlight that I had to review now.

This was my first time using a storage service in Canada, and I couldn't be more impressed with Sentinel Storage - Kamloops Thompson River. I applied for a unit online while I was still in Saskatchewan, and despite not meeting the staff in person at the time, they arranged everything perfectly for me. Really friendly staff! Easy to use system and love the fact you can drive right up to your storage unit to unload. :) The digital payment system is going to be very handy and the price is amazing for the size.

Storage for Your Life is a clean, safe place to hold your personal belongings. I haven’t felt like I had to worry about security at all. This place is a great price and the service is friendly, helpful and understanding. If your planning on moving they have everything you need from boxes, labels and locks to bubble wrap! I’ll be a happy customer for a long while!
