For me the location is near my place so it's good. The premise is very clean and well maintained. Looks very secure. The front desk is friendly and helpful.
The only thing that needs improvement is the billing. The front desk was not upfront about a $25 admin fee and a monthly $8.00 insurance. The insurance was optional and I was not told that it was optional. I did not get a chance to opt out.
If you will not mind those hidden charges, the place is good. I can recommend this facility to others.

This specific location offers the absolute best client service I experienced anywhere. They’re extremely helpful and reliable and most importantly they’re incredibly honest. I’d pay more just to stick with these people running this branch on King George blvd. & 74th avenue in Surrey BC. I strongly recommend them to anyone as they always make you feel comfortable and like family.

I have a good and very satisfactory experience at this branch of Public Storage as it was closer to the bus stop and to Surrey Central or King George Station. The staff are nice and helpful. Hours of access is convenient and safe too. The three months promo of 50% discount on rent is very helpful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who are looking for a space to store their belongings. I only hope there is a possibility washroom that clients can use if needed.

Dona and Lal are awesome team! They take care of us really thoughtfully and detailed! Dona was the one look after me, she went through the documents with me and share a lot of tips for me! She is such an amazing lady! Don't hesitate come here! I had very great experience with both locations I went to inspect the unit!

My husband and I had a great experience with this public storage location. Dona was very helpful over the phone and in person and both her and assistant manager lal assisted us through the whole process. They were very knowledgeable of their policy’s and it was a very quick procedure. Definitely recommend!
