He is a very experienced in knowledge of what my needs for storage.As well I had the pleasure of meeting NEHA she as well was very knowledgeable of my needs for storage. “ GREAT TEAM WORK IN CUSTOMER CARE”😊

Everyone at the Scott Road location has been great to deal with. The first time I came in, Sid was really helpful. He explained everything and gave me a tour. When I came back to sign the paperwork, Lucas explained everything thoroughly as we went through the details.

Sid and Woody worked with us to get us a good deal and a place which suits our need. I appreciate honesty and providing us with the plan that we needed. Would definitely recommend them.

I was really lucky to have been helped by Neha and Lucas. Not only were they transparent with everything, but they answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what I was getting into. They were also extremely friendly and easy going. If you're going to get PS, I'd get a unit here with them.

We had to get storage for my dad's apartment as he passed away unexpectedly and we had limited time to get his stuff out. Public storage staff on Scottroad Lucas and Neha were very accommodating and helpful as we needed to postpone our reservation by a day and changed the size of storage space needed. They also were very informative and made sure we knew pricing so that we could make the best decision for ourselves when it came to price and knowing all that was expected of us when renting the space. They were both kind and helped us.

I would highly recommend this public storage. The units were really clean and the staff was really helpful. Jasmin and Manjit guided me really well as to choosing the right storage. Excellent customer service.

Was a decent experience indeed. I needed storage and got rental on the day I needed for the size I wanted. I rented it monthly with no real set day of moving out. Once I was done using I came in and let them know I moved out and that was that. Painless and easy

Great service. Knowledgable. Unbeknownst to me, they offered their deal off of the 1st month. Good sign of great customer service. The one time I visited though was on a Stat holiday and the gate would not open even though it 'granted me access'. No one to call. Good thing someone was inside at their locker to let me in. I would say you need to have a backup plan in case something like that happens because that's an important day for many if they're moving.

I needed storage space for my son's weeding. From previous experience I called Public Storage on 120th and 86th in surrey. They had great deal and i rented a unit for 2 months. It made my plan for the wedding so much easier.
The staff was fantastic.

Its my first time getting a storage unit and the experience was good. I didnt have to go and find any other location. Its my first pick and I took it. Thanks to the very nice staff that provided me good service. Jasmine helped me through the process from beginning. Shes reliable and answers questions directly. Its very convenient for me to choose these location as its close to my place. I can see it is secured with 24/7 CCTV system. I trust that my things will be safe.

Really bad experience with Neha. She was very rude and in her soft voice kept on arguing. Terrible experience with her customer service. Hopefully never have to deal with her ever. She didnt honour the rate on website for that particular location. Had to go elsewhere to find storage.

Ms. Sanna again did an excellent job in securing a storage space. She is fantastic at her job. If anyone needs a storage I will definitely recommend to deal with her. Thank you Ms. Sanna.

I went at this location today. Jasmine is really nice as she helps me to find required space for me, makes me understand everything so well. She explained everything so well. Definitely recommend this location so you need space for your stuff for sometime.
