Three months ago my wife and I rented a small 5X10 locker, they had a promo that your first 3 months were 50% off. Their customer service has fantastic from the start, they made all the paper work so rad and quick, were very clear and accommodating to various details. Fast forward, I followed up one day to see if I could switch to a larger unit so they showed me the next two sizes up and let me assess and get back to them. They reserved the size I requested and sent a confirmation about the details, everything was so easy and cannot express just how good the customer service is. Especially to both Angelika and Rish. They let me borrow their house pad lock so I didn’t have to buy a second one I only needed for a few hours to switch things from one unit to the other, they also let me use there personal little trolly when the main moving trollies were in use so I could get started. They also gave us a 50% promo for the first 3 months in the new unit.
They also have been great with follow up via email or courtesy calls about our unit/ account details close to the end of term for the initial 3 months, move out/ in dates and any other things that are time sensitive as to not over charge us.

After using a different storage company years ago and had a terrible experience with having payment issues, accessing issues and some customer service issues over the nearly the whole year we were there we were hesitant to deal with another storage locker situation but after reading reviews for this location of Public Storage we thought we would give it another shot an we are very happy we did.
I highly recommend them. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in the experience they provide. 5-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I signed up for a storage unit today at Public Storage on 192nd. What a stress-free and actually fun experience. Bonnie & Angelika were friendly & professional. Angelika toured me to the unit. Bonnie handled the paperwork. Bonnie was knowledgeable and efficient. She made a typically tedious process feel like no trouble at all. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Public Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there.

A special thanks to Bonnie, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the process. She made everything smooth and stress-free.

Also, kudos to the manager Woody for running such an organized and professional location. You can really see the difference in customer service and overall management.

Very good and professional customer service by front desk guy WOODY, and manager Angelika . Having a storage past 4 months and it is a great experience.
Best storage in the area, and it’s budget friendly too.
Working hours are so good, Also, they can keep your key safe if you always forget it home like me😅

This public storage is the best option for us to store our house items.
The staff is very nice and Angelika the branch manager at Langley was very professional and kind to us .
It was a great experience to deal with this storage company .

Specially thanks to wood and Angelika they both are veru kind and they have explained each and everything in details and help us very well. They are soo kind to us also their services are great. I had such a fantastic experience at the Public Storage on 192nd Street in Surrey! Woody and Angelika were absolutely amazing to deal with. They were professional and knowledgeable, but also so much fun — we were laughing the entire time. What could have been a stressful process turned into something easy and enjoyable thanks to them.

It’s not often you meet people who are both excellent at their jobs and genuinely great to be around, but Woody and Angelika nailed it. I left feeling well taken care of and with a big smile on my face. If you need storage, this is the place to go — and definitely ask for Woody and Angelika!

I recommend the Public Storage on 192 St and 56 Ave in Surrey as the facility is well-maintained, clean, and odour free (unlike other storage places that smell like mildew and mothballs), and the staff are friendly.

This place is awful we had left our locker unlocked overnight and because the manager doesn't like us he went into our locker and tried saying he found paraphernalia ...He probably planted it there to get us kicked out. He called me freaking out would not stop to listen to me and he hung up. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Jasmine was the young lady that greeted me when I arrived. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She explained things thoroughly and made it very clear as to what my options were for renting a storage unit including explaining all of the pricing options associated with each unit.

After a detailed and yet brief description, I decided to take a slightly bigger unit than I originally was intending.

I am very pleased with the treatment I've received from Jasmine and the Public Storage.

I highly recommend this location of Public Storage and of course Jasmine! I will be recommending my friends needing storage to this location!
