Both of the associates at the PSC location at 94 Braid were very friendly and helpful. I was given answers to all my questions and was shuttled out to the storage location so I could visualize how much space would be available for our personal content. We were able to take advantage of a promotion and the rental agreement process was straightforward.

Following our recent request to end our storage contract, the communication and cooperation provided by the customer service team was exemplary. I would highly recommend this site/team for those requiring safe storage, be it short or a long term arrangement. Thanks again!

April and Faith were very kind, inviting, and professional. They explained everything in detail about the storage units and took me on a tour of one I was interested in. As someone who has never rented a storage unit, I felt good about the entire experience. I would highly recommend Public Storage in New Westminster (Sapperton)!

Everyone in the office was kind, informative and the space was clean and smelled good. They were very helpful considering I had a sprained knee and ankle and drove me in a golf cart to take a look at the space before rental. Good deals on the space if your renting month to month or can make an agreement to be there for at least 3 months.

Alysha, Sid, and Manjit were such a great team to deal with. They were all super helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience really easy.

Alysha especially stood out, you can tell she’s really good at what she does. She was so upbeat and seemed to know all the customers in crossing by first name basis , which made the whole place feel welcoming.

Overall, I’m very happy with my storage and how easy everything was to set up. Would definitely recommend.

Very accommodating staff. Super polite, always ready to help. I accidentally left my Christmas tree outside last week and they are still holding it for me as my work hours haven't allowed me to pick it up yet. I've used the storage facilities on Braid a few times and highly recommend them!

I had trouble making it to the office in time to sign all of my documents given my work schedule. I called the office and the lovely Assistant Manager stayed late to ensure I was able to get a unit that fit all of my needs. I also appreciated that they didn’t blow up my phone number and spam call me when I was considering my options - some competitors I had a bad experience with from that.

The storage is secured, location is very accessible and the staffs are very professional. They assisted me very well. April, who right away attended to me, gave a tour and shared the full details of the locker before I acutally decided to rent it. April was very patient answering all my questions and she even explained everything that I needed to know. The contract was easy to understand and I even got a promo deal. Alysha and Davanshi, the two other staffs, helped out as well. I experienced a good service from a great teamwork from them. Overall, it was a superb experience!

We went in before Moving Day and were talked through and shown the spaces we might require. Faith was very thorough on all the aspects of storage. I decided to wait to before coming in, just in case things might change. So I ordered my space and left everything until entry day. This made it easy when we came in, the truck driver knew the storage area and could tell we had picked the right size storage unit. Mind you if I had brought more furniture which I had thought about. we would have had to go bigger. So for me it worked just right. The staff that were there on Moving day were also very helpful. There are quite a bit of papers to sign and go over, by the time I had all this done, my movers had it just about all filled the unit. So good team work. Thank you for making this kind of stress day a lot easier for me. I know my possessions are in a good place, ready to be taking on the next part oy the journey with me. Thank you.

Recently went to rent a unit, arrived 20 minutes before closing and Faith was amazing. Didn't rush me through the process or my questions. And each time I apologized for keeping her past closing, she kindly told me not to worry about it, that she was there to make sure I had everything I needed. Outstanding service, lots of unit options available and great location.

I used this Public Storage location for about half a year? I switched units halfway through that, I got a deal on the way in and a decent price on the way out. I recommend this place because of the staff. Faith is the lady that I spoke to the most and who originally setup my account. She also was the one I went to to transfer to a new unit. Every time I saw Faith she was helpful, honest, and able to meet my needs because she knew all of the units, prices, and availability off hand. She's awesome, and she makes using that Public Storage very simple and straight-forward. Everything was always described to me up front, there was no hidden fees, there were no questions I had after I received my documents and began using the services. If/when I have to store things again in the future, I would absolutely use this Public Storage again.

Booking process online was quick & easy. Access hours start at 5:00 am till 10:00pm. April, the employee, who helped further explain over the phone and in- person for check-in was super efficient, friendly and professional. The unit I booked did not have a light inside but it was clean though. Fun golf cart ride to preview the grounds & storage locker was an added bonus! Highly recommend Public Storage.

April was extremely courteous and helpful. I was shown multiple lockers and found the perfect size. I didn't feel rushed and I got a great deal.
I've rented other lockers in the past at different locations. This was by far the best service I've recieved.

Faith, Facility Manager, calmly guided me to the facility when I was panicked and lost in traffic. Upon arrival, Faith, calmly yet diligently took care of me speedily so I could return another rental key on time. Without a doubt, as a person with physical limitation, and other challenges, Faith went beyond "Above"!
