Maple Leaf Self Storage

I wanted to rent a unit here. I've called all the local competitors. I didn't call them because their website was cagey and wouldn't give me pricing without signing up for some marketing. So I didn't.

My wife caved and signed up to get pricing. Now they are calling her on the hour.

Because of this aggressive approach, we won't be doing business with them.

I park my truck at maple leaf self storage gated facility since 2021. The facility is immaculately kept, clean, secure and the staff are very friendly. In winter, the paths are shovelled and in summer the trees and shrubbery always trimmed to keep them away from your trucks.

I even left my truck back door open at numerous instances but have never had an issue. In conclusion, I highly recommend Maple Leaf self storage.

I recently discovered all my valuable hockey cards were stolen ($80000)from my storage unit here. Either it was an inside job or the unit behind mine climbed through a small 10 inch by 17.5 inch opening between our 2 units. Strangely the staff had informed me years ago that they had accidentally cut my lock off and then provided me a lock from them. Thinking back this could have been when someone kept another key for my unit. How do they accidentally cut off my lock? The response from management when I told them my valuables had been stolen was unprofessional. They asked why I stored such valuable items in there. She said people don’t store valuables in these units.. Then manager said she would review video surveillance when she found time. No urgency or concern. If you store items here do not use the locks they sell. I feel this was an inside theft.

Not the cheapest but sometimes the cheapest isn't the best price.

I recently rented a 5×5 unit for a couple of months. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The initial sign up instructions were thorough, and they helped me with an easy access unit (you're the best, Diane!)

Facility is amazing. Very clean and secure. The Manager Diane and Receptionist Barb are incredibly friendly and their customer service is wonderful. I will definitely be back if I need help with storage options again! Thanks so much to the team at Maple Leaf Langley.

The ladies at the Langley facility have been wonderful. Very polite. Attend to your needs or questions that you might have. The rooms are clean and well kept. I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage. I appreciate the friendliness and it was very easy to sign up.

The staff's friendliness and willingness to help, especially during unexpected situations like when I needed assistance with cleaning after accidentally dropping my lamp, truly stood out. Although I'll miss the warm smiles (especially Reyna’s), the spotlessly clean and secure storage area provided me with a sense of comfort knowing my life-saving furniture was in a safe place. Needed storage for a few months while we had a renovation in our house. Maple Leaf Self Storage was great. Price was very reasonable. Unit was clean and a perfect size for us. Complex is very secure. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Very easy to access with friendly staff. I\ve only been using them a month but so far so good. I am happy with them...plus they have delicious hot chocolate and coffee, great for a rainy day spent in the storage locker.

I discovered Maple Leaf Storage in Langley in 2019 when I was looking to store my household goods while I was in the process of moving to Thailand. I sent an email to them and Diane replied with all of the information that I needed. Her reply was perfect for the information that I was looking for. My original intention was to leave my goods in storage for no more than 2 years while I decided if I would continue to live in Thailand. As it happened, COVID19 happened and my goods needed to be in storage longer. While I thought of how to distribute some of my furniture, I wrote again to Diane and she gave me the information that I needed. Two weeks ago I cleared out the locker and now some good are on their way here to Thailand and other goods have found new and local homes. I am very, very grateful to Diane and her colleague Reyna. They have been friendly, and they always reply promptly to my emails. When I was making the final move, Diane had suggestions for me that were perfect and appreciated. I sincerely recommend the Langley location and their wonderful help!!!! Thank you Diane and Reyna.

I'd give this place a Gazillion stars if I could, not only is Maple Leaf Self Storage reasonable they go out of their way to make you a happy customer. Diane, the Store Manager of the Langley location not only held a locker for me she gave me a bottle of water when I was most desperate for one and then gave me two packages of Dad's cookies 🍪 Diane and her staff take customer service to a whole new level.
