Kelly the manager is the most kind, helpful person! She helped me pick the best storage unit for my needs and it was a rate I could afford! She made the whole process very easy and the unit held all my belongings perfectly and was very clean. The buildings are easy to access and there are always lots of trolleys to help move your things. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend them!

I called and emailed around looking for the best storage fit- the team at this location had the best deal and was by far more organized and professional compared to other companies.
The manager took her time to clarify questions, walk through all parts of our contract and gave me a tour of the facility before moving in.
The facility is secure and has been clean whenever I’ve seen it. If I need storage again in the future, this is likely the first place I’d come back to.

We have always stored with Maple Leaf Self Storage in different cities. Among the many available, this one may be a bit older, but by far an excellent one. The staff and manager keep it CLEAN. With a 24/7 onsite manager, we never worry about security. They are also flexible and helpful. Drive up easy access, ample space.

Kelly and her team are the best! Over the past few years we've had many great conversations and always feel very looked after by them. I have a lot of shipments going into my storage where there is a lot of valuable products and know that they are always keeping them safe.

Excellent customer service. Kelly was a delight to work with, she gave me the options and also saved me a nice ground level locker where I store things securely. Great facility with access codes to enter/exit and proper lighting provided in each storage unit. Much better peace of mind than storing in someone's garage or those highly breakable condo/apt storage units.

I've used MLS in Coquitlam for business storage purposes a few times. Each time the process has been quick and seamless. Kelly and Jona have been very helpful in securing a locker for our needs and always are friendly and courteous. I will continue using them. Great customer service, hours and many unit sizes to choose from.

We rent a locker for 2 months and we had a pleasant experience with Maple Leaf Lougheed location. The staff there are super friendly and the locker is very clean and easy to access. We will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend this location to anyone who are looking for storage services.

I decided to continue to use the storage facility for myself after cleaning it out of my Brother's belongings. The good folks here are what made me make this decision.

Really satisfied with the service. Very clean environment and the units are easy to access. So... I was hesitant and admittedly suspicious at first due to a couple of bad experiences at other storage facilities, but I'm so glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised by Maple Leaf and this particular location. Kelly was very friendly (in a genuine personable way, not a fake car salesman way), helpful, didn't apply any pressure on me or my wife and gave us honest answers to the questions we had.

Awesome location! Site is kept clean and the units are nicely accessible. Jeremy and Kelly are always there to help when needed! Definitely recommend.

Jeremy was very helpful and answered all of our questions. And most importantly, he was able to show us the Contract before we paid for the plan.

Our storage space is spacious, has a light switch and they allow items to be stored that most business owners need! And if you are in theatre, you can keep your costumes and outfits safe and sound!! Bless up Fam,

Had a great experience storing some furniture and things for staging our apartment for sale. Getting set up was super easy and the facility is clean and well maintained. We rented a climate controlled unit and it was always a good temperature so we felt very secure leaving our things! We would definitely return here if we have the need for storage again!
