I visited this public storage facility for the first time, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to explain the best promotions available for me. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return to this location.

We just had an excellent experience renting a storage unit at Sentinel storage on Argyle and 99th. Sabrina H. was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We left feeling very comfortable with where our goods will be stored. Thanks to Sabrina for putting our minds at ease as there are so many logistics to deal with when moving. Thanks again.

Facility is clean and easy to access, there are always carts and convenient parking for loading and unloading. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience here when I was helped by Ahad, he was very detailed with his explanations and answering my questions about the paperwork process along with rules and regulations of a storage space. He made me feel quite comfortable as this was my first experience dealing with a storage company and would recommend anyone to be helped by him!

Clean facility.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Ahad and Laura are two of the smiling faces who may greet you in the office. Other staff have been great as well.

My to go to storage place. Very easy to book, and move things into and out of the storage. The staff is really polite and provide great service. Ahad in particular was really helpful and answered all my questions.

At a trying time, I was helped at every level, phone call center, twice! And onsite with patience and compassion. Clear, direct instructions, easy to follow -although very comprehensive paperwork, and repetition as needed so that I could feel condident that I had the information to take on the expense, fees, and responsibilities, and to benefit from their incentive deals.
I was very distracted and had many demands on my focus and attention but they were very patient and kind. Grateful.

Amazing offers and lovely, helpful staff from the call centre and at the location in-person. Getting my storage locker was a convenient, smooth process, and I will definitely recommend Sentinel to anyone looking for a storage space.
