this company n their staff goes above n beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. i was rlly impressed how organized, thoughtful n secure this place is! i came in just minutes b4 their closing hour n the staff Sarah was so friendly and stayed all the way to help us!

Had a great experience with Sentinel. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating to my situation. the chosen locker facility was heated and I was able to access it from 6:00am until 11:00pm with the code provided.

Recommend it to anyone that needs short or Long-Term places to store their goods.

Tyeisha and Sarah at sentinel storage on 136 Ave and road seriously rock! When I first came to get my unit they only had a bigger unit available but assured me that a appropriate sized unit would be available for the following month and man did they come through. Saved me a boat load of time and money and switching units was a breeze because they were able to get a unit pretty much around the corner from the original unit. Definitely going to make sure that for all my future storage needs, I am coming back here!

This was in no way a good experience. My unit was broken into when I reported it to the police they said this was very common. Not only that but as the unit held items from my late fathers estate we lost items of great sentimental value. When I asked about camera footage to get info their system had crashed (fair but not helpfull) it took well over a month for the Insurance company to contact me only to be told that because there was no sign of forced entery that I had no claim. You can enter into this facility without a code at anytime during working hours therfore anyone can go along the units and try to get into them. I am fustrated beyond reason the stuff I lost albeit not expensive still ment something to me it was my fathers. No difinitive signs of FORCED entery mean "sucks to be you". This leads me to question can anyone can just go in and test each unit to see if they can open it and if yes is anything and everything just free for the taking. Do people just come in and do this? How can this be a secure facility? I am at a loss both financally and emotionally.

Great customer service writing this review for my gf , she wanted to move her locker into a more heated area her original locker was inside but not the heated area, they let her move her locker whenever worked for her which was the next morning and didn’t charge her any fees or she didn’t have to wait for her rental month to end and start a new one ! Really easy she went in and used a dolly got it all moved into a heated one no hassle ! Thank you Edmonton North centre !

EVERYONE I spoke with in order to get a unit that I needed because of an emergency situation were extremely helpful. The level of customer service between the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the ladies at the until was beyond excellent.

Rented with Sentinel storage back in 2020 and my storage got broken into and since it was under $500 insurance didn’t cover it. This month in 2024 my storage got broken into and it’s over 15K and it doesn’t seem like Sentinel cares. There’s always heads and or homeless around there. They should have security on site on weekends and proper surveillance cameras. Last week someone overdosed in the storage unit and ambulance, fire crews showed up. Don’t ever rent from this place. I’ve learned my lesson fully now. Even the north east police division said they always had problems there! Now let’s hope they have proper footage of the theft from my unit. Not a happy customer with the amount I was paying for storage for this to happen. Sentinels needs to step up. For us people we pay a lot for our personal belongings to be kept safe and secured and for this to happen, because we just got a home and basically have nothing in our home due to this. My kids and I are heartbroken over this.

Our unit was broken into two months ago. It took Sil storage three days to cut the lock off that the thief put on after two months of running around storage has refused to give the full security footage to the cops so that they can press charges refusing the release any information on the suspect, all in all purposely not cooperating with Edmonton police on another note. Everybody needs to read their contract because Sentinel storage is not responsible for anything. That includes fire, the water and equipment failure So you pay Insurance for absolutely no reason it doesn’t cover a single thing zero stars would not recommend

I truly enjoyed my experience at Sentinal storage. The manager, and I believe her name was Sara? Maybe spelled with an H? Super helpful as I was just trying to find a place to store my mom’s ashes till I can get them to the mother land in Germany. Her people skills were amazing, and she was so discreet. A true trooper .. much love

Our unit was broken into (Edmonton North location). The thieves broke in, stole anything of value and then replaced the lock so it looked like it had not been broken into. The staff there at the time of reporting had absolutely zero time or empathy for our situation. When dealing with the employee at the time, they were more concerned about what was on the computer screen and their immediate response was "We do not handle that here and you will have to file a police report" which was the wrong way to handle the situation, we even pay the additional fee for insurance. It was only when we mention Google Review did their attitude change but it was too late as we exited the office and headed to the Police Department to file a report. The police took our report and then they went to Sentinel Storage to see if they will release video surveillance as part of the investigation, which they said may prove difficult.

Staff at these types of businesses need to understand that they are responsible for the security of every item in those units. This is supposed to be a secure facility and this incident proves otherwise. If ours was broken into and the lock changed how many other units were hit the same way but the people who rent them do not know yet. Sentinel Storage needs to improve how they handle "security" in their locations as well as customer relations.

If it was possible to give zero Stars I would because they totally failed in all aspects of this situation.

Sentinel Storage is absolutely wonderful! I have used their storage units a couple times now and they have honestly been a life saver for me! If it wasn't for their amazingly monthly promos they offer, I would have lost all my personal belongings and furniture. The staff here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super accommodating. We rented a unit at short notice to help friends who had to relocate urgently due to a terminal diagnosis. Sarah was incredibly patient, understanding, professional, and most importantly, kind when assisting and accommodating our requests and needs.

I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage at 136 Ave, Edmonton without hesitation and look forward to giving them future business.

I have nothing but good things to say anything this place and especially the staff who run the place. I am very greatful for the amazing outstanding kind, easy going staff who work here. They go above and beyond the needs of their clients. Connie is amazing.

This place is trash they promote safety and security yet they don't enforce it, my storage unit was broken into twice in two months and I was not compensated a single dollar. You are insured upto 5000$ IF you can provide photos and receipts they fail to mention that during the initial sign up. Multiple units were broken into during my time there. They told me my lock was not good enough so I bought the one that was sold in their office and that one was broken into as well. I strongly suggest staying away from this location. The employees are cool and helpful Stephanie and John as well as Sarah but this place is not safe for your prized possession.

I have had a great experience with storing my items here! I rented a storage locker for 1 month in the temperature controlled lockers and I have no complaints!

The staff were helpful and really patient helping me set up. They were honest and straight forward with their policies and expectations.

The locker itself was clean with an ease of access moving items in and out of the building.

Given the occurrence that someone has to store their stuff I would highly recommend the temperature controlled lockers!

It was our first time ever needing a storage container for a few months. Stephanie and Sarah were amazing and so helpful through the whole experience. I was initially apprehensive to leave our belongings in storage but Stephanie reassured us that the security there was top notch.highly recommend.
