From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to explain every part of the lease, the insurance options, and the rental process in detail, making sure I understood everything before signing. They answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

Sean and Brittany made what could have been a confusing process incredibly simple and stress free. Their knowledge, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right choice. I needed a storage to store a few personal and household items. I called public storage and spoke to Alex, who was very thorough in walking me through the process of renting a storage unit since it’s my first time. I was then transferred to public storage on Center Ave NE. Sean and Della were very helpful in getting my new unit. Sean gave me a tour of the storage facility and also went through the process of renting the unit. I was able to get a storage unit in less than 30 minutes and move my stuff in the same day. The price was great for the unit size. If you are looking for a storage facility, give public storage a call. Keep up the great work @ public storage Center Avenue. 😀

I have a storage unit at the Centre Ave North location in Calgary, and I have been extremely happy with it. Recently, I needed more space, and because I live out of town, I had to do everything remotely. I was helped by Assistant Manager Ross Stroeder, and the service he provided me was phenomenal! He sent out all the forms and explained in detail how to fill them in and return them. He was quick to reply to my questions, and he was always friendly and helpful. We needed to change the lock because we couldn't find the key, and Ross facilitated that, too. The unit is clean and bright, and staff was on hand on Sunday when friends arrived, directing them to the new unit and providing rolling carts to make the transfer easier.
I can't speak highly enough of Public Storage Canada, and especially, of this location and of Ross, who is an exceptional employee!

I rented a unit here about 25 years ago and it was a smooth easy experience, so when I need a space again I came back. Once again, it was a simple smooth experience, very straightforward, Ross knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything so well that I had no questions. We'd initially dealt with 'Abigail' through the Call Centre, then 'Stella' at the location we required. Both ladies were so helpful and professional, and each provided pertinent information 'Stella' explained about the costs, insurance, taxes and Admin Fee, and we reserved the required unit straight away. The next day, we attended the location we needed, spoke to 'Ross', another very helpful rep, signed all the paperwork, and paid for the first 3 months. All reps were respectful, friendly and knowledgeable - we will definitely tell our friends about our experience here!

The Public Storage on Centre St in Calgary has been a very good experience for me. This is now the 2nd time using them as they are not just a great price. But they are the cleanest most secure looking place I have seen when shopping around different Storage this second time around. Also the first time I used them they went above and beyond when helping me as I had literally just drove into Calgary from a different province. They not only helped me with Storage and an amazing price but also helped me figure out a place to stay when I was duped by the rental I believed I had secured. They are very friendly and have never harassed or pressured me like some of the other Storage places did for several weeks and had to block the other Storage places.
You will not regret using Public Storage. They are one of the best choices I have made since moving to Calgary a couple years ago. I would never hesitate to use them again.

I had sentinel storage Turn me away after charging me $225. The next day, they actually have charged me another $19.99. After turning me away, which doesn't make any sense to me. They still have not returned the money to me, but in the meantime, I had this wonderful lady when I came into this. Facility
Listen to me and offer me the promotions and helped me out. Made me very happy, I was very grateful 2 at a fraction of the cost, be able to acquire a storage unit and
I would recommend this storage facility 2 others for sure to anyone looking for somewhere where

First of all, I'd like to give a big shout out to Sandra and Ross! They were Very accommodating and friendly right from the get go. I no sooner had I walked through the door and introduced myself and zing we were off on a quick and informative short tour. Paperwork was expedited within minutes and all my questions were answered informatively and all with big smiles. They actually make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. They're rates to me were just a little North of what I expected but the promotion deal they had more than made up for it. I would recommend Public Storage (Center Ave Location) to anyone for their short or long term storage needs.

The best service ever. From day one to the last minute of the service with public storage was great. the level of service and understanding my situation was unbelievable. I was very honest with staff about what was on with me and they were very flexible and work with me professionally. I cannot thank them enough. Calling to book a unit was super quick and I was greeted by a very friendly person I believe his name was Greg or Craig and the friendly customer service was only upwards from there when I met Ross and Crystal at the office. It's not often you see people who greet you warmly, are professional & friendly, and walk you through the process making it as easy as possible for you. 10/10 experience! Public Storage, was the best choice I could have made for an affordable and safe storage. Great customer service. I had a great experience with Sean and Ross. They were absolutely amazing, super helpful, very professional and made my storage moving super easy. Great experience dealing with Russ and his coworker Sean was helping a lady when I came in and then heard him answering the phone a few times.
