We'd initially dealt with 'Abigail' through the Call Centre, then 'Stella' at the location we required. Both ladies were so helpful and professional, and each provided pertinent information 'Stella' explained about the costs, insurance, taxes and Admin Fee, and we reserved the required unit straight away. The next day, we attended the location we needed, spoke to 'Ross', another very helpful rep, signed all the paperwork, and paid for the first 3 months. All reps were respectful, friendly and knowledgeable - we will definitely tell our friends about our experience here!

Ross, Sean and Della have been amazing in helping me with my storage needs. Always eager to help in any way. Always happy to see them when I come to my unit.

The Public Storage on Centre St in Calgary has been a very good experience for me. This is now the 2nd time using them as they are not just a great price. But they are the cleanest most secure looking place I have seen when shopping around different Storage this second time around. Also the first time I used them they went above and beyond when helping me as I had literally just drove into Calgary from a different province. They not only helped me with Storage and an amazing price but also helped me figure out a place to stay when I was duped by the rental I believed I had secured. They are very friendly and have never harassed or pressured me like some of the other Storage places did for several weeks and had to block the other Storage places.
You will not regret using Public Storage. They are one of the best choices I have made since moving to Calgary a couple years ago. I would never hesitate to use them again.

I had sentinel storage Turn me away after charging me $225. The next day, they actually have charged me another $19.99. After turning me away, which doesn't make any sense to me. They still have not returned the money to me, but in the meantime, I had this wonderful lady when I came into this. Facility

First of all, I'd like to give a big shout out to Sandra and Ross! They were Very accommodating and friendly right from the get go. I no sooner had I walked through the door and introduced myself and zing we were off on a quick and informative short tour. Paperwork was expedited within minutes and all my questions were answered informatively and all with big smiles. They actually make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. They're rates to me were just a little North of what I expected but the promotion deal they had more than made up for it. I would recommend Public Storage (Center Ave Location) to anyone for their short or long term storage needs.

The best service ever. From day one to the last minute of the service with public storage was great. the level of service and understanding my situation was unbelievable. I was very honest with staff about what was on with me and they were very flexible and work with me professionally. I cannot thank them enough. Therefore I would recommend anyone who is looking for affordable price and great service to store your belongings for as long as you want to. Call them or walk in.

Calling to book a unit was super quick and I was greeted by a very friendly person I believe his name was Greg or Craig and the friendly customer service was only upwards from there when I met Ross and Crystal at the office. It's not often you see people who greet you warmly, are professional & friendly, and walk you through the process making it as easy as possible for you. 10/10 experience! Thank you Ross and Crystal - was a pleasure meeting you both :)

Public Storage, was the best choice I could have made for an affordable and safe storage. Great customer service. I had a great experience with Sean and Ross. They were absolutely amazing, super helpful, very professional and made my storage moving super easy. These two gentlemen were very friendly and open to answering questions, transparent about policies and protocols with patience.
I would recommend Public Storage for anyone looking for a quick and convenient storage option.

As I was saying the auction. They won’t give me the extra three days. Even I’ve showed I’m good to pay it. So there will to sell everything I have and my daughters based on others that haven’t paid. Told them if I don’t you can gave it. But give the three extra days please. I’ll never be able to replace. My heart failure has changed my life major. Now there taking anything I had that was me. And they will not work with me at all. You’re killing me from the inside. I only asked for 3 extra days. It’s greed they saw how much locker was at the auctions. Because they will pocket 10 grand plus

I had experience using many storage services, including Public Storage, in various locations. But it was in this place that I received incredible service, a pleasant atmosphere, and just a pleasant conversation with the employees. Sometimes, when passing by this storage, I can just go into the office to talk to the employees and find out how they are doing because they are very nice people. Ross is a very qualified specialist, he will always be happy to answer any of your questions, give advice, and just cheer you up. I hope Ross gets a promotion because he deserves it more than anyone else. I also want to thank Sean, Della, and Bill, they are also very good workers. Thank you for your work and excellent service.

I recently moved extra stuff from my basement into Public Storage Calgary in North East location. The staff were very professional and knowledgable. Ross was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Overall experience was good, I would recommend that for first time storage unit renters both big and small units are shown so that they can make an educated guess.

The facility is well run, clean and has everything you need.

I also recommend that folks should check pricing online first.

Assistant manager Ross was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would rent storage here again.
