I had such a great experience at the Barlow location, all thanks to Laura and Carmen. They actually stayed after hours just to help me get set up with a new storage unit, which meant so much, especially since it was last so last minute.

Both of them were super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Laura was incredibly friendly and welcoming she made me feel comfortable right away. Carmen made the paperwork really easy and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what I was signing.

Honestly, their customer service was above and beyond. If you're looking for a storage place with staff who genuinely care, this is the spot. Thanks again, Laura and Carmen you truly saved the day!

I am blown away by the outstanding customer service at this location. I had a very stressful move across Canada, and I had to get a storage unit for the remainder of my belongings. The staff at Public Storage were so helpful, resourceful and accommodating! Thank you to Eleazar, Carmen, Laura and Alev for the amazing service.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Access in and out of the complex was easy and I had no problems. The problem I had is the price kept going up and up. I was there 4 years and there was No reward for loyalty so not a chance of staying!

Extremely disappointing experience with this location. First, when I went to sign my service agreement, the regular property manager was not on duty and a relief manager was covering. This is all well and good, except 2 days later when I went to put my items in storage, my agreement was not set-up correctly and I could not access my storage locker. Keep in mind, I had already paid for the locker as I paid when I went in to sign the agreement in the first place. Then, I called approximately 1.5 months later to make a subsequent payment, and to inform of cancelation of service, the regular property manager (who I did not deal with) started quoting misinformation and telling me I had to pay for storage even when it would not be used. She started referring to me as hunny, and told me I needed to seek out the relief manager that covered for her to help me resolve my issue. Absolutely ludicrous customer service position, when I would have no way to know where the relief manager came from. I asked to speak to a regional manager who would be responsible for that location, and the location the relief manager was from. She refused. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. Now I am fearful of repercussions, and that the property manager here will block access to all my possession in storage there. Just the absolute worst feeling and experience when you entrust places like this with all your possessions.

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding and down to earth. Both Alev and Eleazar made my experience a wonderful one. I can’t thank them enough! ❤️

The storage place is clean, well organized even in the stores. Lockers are quite larger than other stores lockers I've been to very clean too in the lockers. Stuff is very nice. They go out of your way to help you in any situation prices are really not that bad here either and it is the cheapest I've seen since I've called other places so I highly recommend coming here for storage either for short-term or long-term. It's always nice to come to your storage locker to see a friendly face who's always there to say hi either if you're in a grumpy mood or a sad mood, their smile Will instantly put you in a better mood so come here for your storage. Well worth it. I'm glad I did 🙂

I was greeted by the nicest lady with the biggest heart, she made me feel comfortable, helped with supplies and everything I needed. She wanted to make moving so much easier for me and she was also great to chat with. So glad I chose public storage again. Thank you Alev

I recently used Public Storage services and was very impressed and satisfied by their customer service and ease of operations. SANDRA was very friendly and hands on with all the info and paper work.
Overall great experience and highly recommend using their service.

I needed a small unit for some extra boxes I had no space for, I dealt with the most beautiful ladies Sandra and Alev, the were very friendly and accommodating they helped me throughout the entire process with ease! I recommend Sandra and Alev at Public storage at the Barlow location!!! Exceptional service!!!😊 I wish I could of have more stars!

Office staff were very good in dealing with my needs and got me the best price available. I was going to book at a newer place but the location to my goods and service provided, made me change my plans. Older storage units, in a convenient location !

The only issues are,

1. limited access, 24/7 access would make you better than almost all the other storage places in Calgary. Since you have a security officer in the night 24/7 should be ok, still able to make sure no one is breaking the rules.

2. No lotering, since it's a paid for unit, so long as the client is not living in the unit or trying to run a business office out of it, there should be no time limit on how long a person is allowed to be at their unit without punishment.

If ever those issues are rectified, then public storage would be 5 stars no questions.
