Public Storage

Due to some major life changes I needed to use a storage space for a limited time. The people at this location made a world of difference. I felt heard and received amazing service. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend them for your storage needs. Thank you to Janice, Lori and Chris for all your help.

Janice was extremely courteous and professional. The process was easy. She took me to see the storage I had booked and explained to me the features and the rest of the process.I highly recommend this location as well as Janice & Chris. Thank you again.

Always helpful and friendly customer service at the Calgary 79th location.

However, Often business processes/procedures are put in place and perhaps not revisited for improvements.

Unfortunately there is at least one corporate process that needs updating :improving that had negative impact to me the customer. Actually when you think about it negative impact to company as well.

I don’t blame the customer service people I was dealing with…they were just following corporate policy and doing their job. I wasn’t frustrated/disappointed with them but definately the corporate process. Actually the one customer service rep went out of his way to help me with my issue and it is very much appreciated. (I believe his name is Chris?)

Again…the customer service personnel I have dealt with have been friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou!

I dealt with Janice and Laurie they are outstanding the best service I have ever had. They make a bad day a good one and go out of there way to make things happen and go over and above !! I would highly recommend them If you are looking for a storage locker. Too notch service 🙂

Amazing customer service from Chris and Janice. I was looking for a storage unit and had a lot of questions but when I went they made everything incredibly easy and even helped show me the sizes of the different ones that they offer. Overall if you're looking for a storage unit make sure you visit them because they were an immense amount of help. Thank you very much again guys I'm so glad that I was able to stop in when I did!!!

I had a lovely experience at these storage lockers. Janice especially is an absolute gem. Full of beautiful spirit and a quirky personality she was eager to help me get into the best possible storage unit to suit my needs. The sign up process was a breeze and reasonably priced with 50% off for new customers if you sign up for 3 months up front. Would highly recommend these services to anyone else who is already stressed with moving. The locker was ground level and easily accessible. Five stars

I have only amazing things to say about the Blackfoot Trail location! I have rented here on several occasions. The staff is absolutely lovely. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that I was 100 per cent satisfied. It's easy to get in and out of the premises with the code. Security is excellent. I felt that my locker contents were safe and that when I was in the facility in the storage areas by myself that I was very safe. Premises are clean and beautifully taken care of - love the Gnome Garden!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Amazing place, very friendly and helpful staff. Go see Chris. Such a great young man. He is helpful, very informed and well trained. I would recommend this place as it is very clean. I was shopping for few weeks for a storage unit, and I seen pretty scary ones out there. This place is my favourite, feels like home and feels that staff care about your needs.
